On The Subject Of Islam

I will start with a real news report:

Judge imposes maximum 15-year prison sentences for Alabama-hatched terrorism plot

MOBILE, Alabama  –  Citing a lack of remorse and a failure to renounce their intentions to commit violent jihad abroad, a federal judge Friday sentenced a pair of silent men to the maximum punishment for a plot hatched in Alabama.

Randy “Rasheed” Wilson and Mohammad Abdul Rahman Abukhdair, both 26, will spend 15 years in prison for conspiracy to provide material support to terrorists and then will be supervised by the U.S. Probation Office for three years.

U.S. District Judge Kristi DuBose said she read hundreds of pages of recorded conversations and intercepted emails from the defendants and searched for evidence that they were “just talking a big game.” And, she added that she had reserved judgment, hoping they would renounce their intentions.

“Unfortunately, there is no other reasonable conclusion that (their conversations) were for the primary purpose of committing violent jihad,” she said. “I don’t have to speculate about that.”

As it is the guide to how the Federal and state governments must act with regard to the issue of religion, I will quote the First Amendment of the Constitution:  

Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.

When the First Amendment was adopted  the so-called religion of Islam was not practiced on the American continent.  Our nation's first and regrettable interaction with Islam was in the field of foreign relations.  It was during the administration of President John Adams that the European practice of making extortion payments to the states sponsored Barbary Pirates was adopted.  When in the process of delivering the extortion payment to the Dey of Algiers, Captain William Bainbridge of the frigate  USS George Washington was compelled at cannon point to deliver tribute, including slaves, to the Sultan of the Ottoman empire while under the flag of Algiers.

It was in response to this barbaric act that President Thomas Jefferson sent the United States Navy to the Mediterranean Sea to directly engage and suppress the state sponsored pirates.  While President Jefferson was fully a man of peace he clearly understood that the value of peace could not be separated from the value of freedom.

As long as Islam was solely an aspect of foreign affairs it would not become a constitutional issue.  But because emigration of Muslims to the United States and proselytism was permitted Islam has now become a political issue.

The fundamental problem is the criminal nature of Islam.  The open contempt for the rights of individuals and nations is written directly into the doctrine.  As a historically confirmed fact the doctrine of Islam was invented solely as a means to justify the predatory actions of the obviously false prophet Mohammed and his willing followers.  As a doctrine Islam allowed the followers of Mohammed to continue the profitable wave of crime and terror after his death.

And where the doctrine of Islam  does make a spiritual promise it only has a meaning with the criminal followers of Mohammed.  In this it is promised the followers of Islam will receive eternal access to a supply of eternal rape victims in Allah's eternal whorehouse.

In an actual religion the follower must comply with the rules set down by God, including the command to respect the rights of other people.  In effect to live a fully Human life.  The doctrine of Islam commands the followers to rob and murder those who properly reject Islam.   To behave as predatory animals.

Within a civilized nation this is absolutely beyond the boundary of toleration. To deal with the problem of Islam I had previously proposed an amendment to the Constitution:

All religions which deny the validity of the Constitution shall not claim protection under it.

The Congress shall have power to enforce this article by appropriate legislation.

The obvious question that has been raised in the past is why do I not call for a ban on Islam by name?

A name is only a mental label for the concept.  Even though it appears to be internally forbidden to change the doctrine of Islam, the doctrine also commands the believer to deceive the victims where necessary.   Thus deception, such as a name change, by a Muslim will occur.  It is by identifying a specific toxic attribute of Islam that we can properly exclude it from protection under the First Amendment.

A fundamental attribute of the doctrine of Islam is the denial of real laws.  The real acts of legislation by real governments that protect the real rights of the people.  In declaring "man made" laws to be invalid Mohammed opened the door to the commission of a multitude of crimes -- including rape, robbery, and murder -- that would be carried out by himself and for his own personal benefit.

This action is absolutely intolerable in a civil society.  In reality The people are the sovereign authority and the sole source of legislation.  In reality Islam has to go.  And in order for us to live a properly Human life we must allow our government to take a proactive role in defending our rights.

Finally I must thank Robert Spencer, it was through his works that I gained a fundamental knowledge of the nature of Islam.  And I must thank Pamela Geller for bringing the original article to my attention.

Paul Ryan For President

My answer to the question of should Paul Ryan be elected to the office of President of The United States, is not only NO, but HELL NO!

News Busters reported the following:

On the final installment of PBS’s Inside Washington Friday, host Gordon Peterson asked his panelists who they thought would be elected president in 2016.

Rather surprisingly, the Washington Post’s Colby King said, “Paul Ryan because the Democratic nominee will never be able to replicate what Barack Obama has done, never bring out that base”

Let us examine the recent history of Paul Ryan.

During the campaign for the office of Vice President Ryan had stated that he was inspired by reading Atlas Shrugged to pursue a life of public service.  While this was clearly intended to draw in members of the Tea Party Movement, who are generally influenced by the writings on Ayn Rand -- especially Atlas Shrugged -- even the rational view of the current government is that of a problem to be solved. Furthermore, when his claim of being influenced by Ayn Rand was shown to be inconsistent with his continued practice of the Roman Catholic faith, and thus the continuation and growth of the welfare state, he immediately backed off of the claim of Objectivist influence.

Paul Ryan had very clearly demonstrated himself to be a political office seeker as usual.

Paul Ryan had recently negotiated, in concert with Democratic representative Patty Murray, a deal on the Federal budget that included tax increases and cuts in benefits to veterans of the Armed Forces. In this Paul Ryan had clearly demonstrated that he was a full member of the Washington ruling class.

In short, Paul Ryan is part of the problem.

Were Paul Ryan to elected in 2016 I would fully expect him to continue the present GOP practice of compromising with Democratic Party and to keep the seat warm for the next totalitarian Ubermensch to come in 2020.  

Nothing will be achieved.  No problems will be solved.  And we will not see a return of the Federal Government to full compliance to The Constitution.

In contrast my goal as President will be to restore the right of Americans to live by their own reason in the real world.

RIGHTS, REASON, REALITY.  Remember that.

I will admit that my brain was damaged as the result of a serious illness but I still practice rational thought. Let's start with the charge of ignorance of the First Amendment:

That is the actual First Amendment of the United States Constitution.  As a declared candidate for the office of President of the United States I have to know this.  Or at least keep a copy of the document within arms reach when possible.

Now look at my initial statement concerning the Duck Dynasty mess.  I clearly did not call for the violation of the First Amendment.   What I did call for was that the owners of A&E should identify those allegedly speaking for the Homosexual Collective as hostiles and treat them as such.

And the best way to do this is to simply ignore their whining.

As for the charges of hypocrisy and ignorance, there is no proof given and thus no need to answer the charges.

Reality is real.  No statement to the contrary can ever change it.

Some nameless person attempted to leave a piece of non-thought in response to my statement on the Duck Dynasty controversy:

This was the dumbest part of your blog. Do you really lack the self awareness to see how hypocritical that is? You will make a perfect Republican candidate.

The Republican Party has already rejected our nation as a whole.  Why should they accept me as a candidate for any office?  They wouldn't.  But the anonymous moron wouldn't understand that at all.  That would require actual thought on his, her, or it's part

Based on what I read of the anonymous responder I have clearly identified him/her/it as a self-styled Progressive.  As a rule they see the subjects of their whim as mindless morons.  When their victims speak up the Progressives do not respond rationally but are the first to actively silence the voice of dissent.

Hypocrisy is the pretense of governing in the name of The People while ruling in ignorance of their actual will.

In other words Totalitarianism as usual.

Statement

This is my first public statement as a presidential candidate.

I do not watch cable television and normally could not care about what is presented or how the cable channels are otherwise run.  Given that, the act of the A&E network of suspending Phil Robertson, the head of the family presented in the program Duck Dynasty, is in my view an act of sheer lunacy.

The absolute fact of reality is that each person has a distinct experience of reality. Every person must reach their own conclusions about other people and and their place in reality altogether.

This is not a right.  This is an absolute fact of realty.

Those speaking for a homosexual collective have voice their aversion to statements made by Mr. Roberson on the practice  of homosexuality.*

So what?

Phil Robertson, as with all persons, has the moral obligation to see things as they are, to exercise judgement, and to speak on such matters as necessary.  The attack on Phil Robertson is an attack on all Americans.  Phil is simply the first target.

No one, singly or as part of a collective, has the right to silence another person.  The A&E networks have the right to control what they broadcast.  And they clearly have the right to stand up to collectivist pressure groups.

The management of A&E has the right and moral obligation to themselves, their staff, their actual audience, and their stockholders to tell the Homosexual Collective to bugger off.

To say that A&E should rescind their actions with respect to the Phil  Robertson and his family and apologize to them should go without saying.


*  Seriously, in my opinion, there is nothing special about the practice of assisted masturbation.  It is filthy, unhealthy, and frankly stupid.

As I write this a full moon is setting to the west.

A friend recently suggested that I stand for the office of President of the United States.  After giving the concept some thought I have decided to do so.

My fundamental goal as President will be to restore complete compliance of the Federal Government to the Constitution and the complete sovereignty of our nation with respect to the transnational order.

And I fully look forward to interaction with the Fourth Estate:

The Second Thought

On Saturday I posted a short rant about the followers and founder of Islam. I was not being nice when I did so. The fact is that I held back a bit. When I began to write the article the thought at the front of my mind was the complete annihilation of Islam.

Yes. The absolute extermination of all Muslims. Showers And Ovens for the lot of them. Why would I have such an absolutely horrible thought?

And why would I have a second thought about it? The final sentence published on Saturday basically covered it.

How does one deal with a mortal enemy except to kill them?

Every Muslim, at least in theory, is human.  A fundamental part of being human is the capacity for reason, full perception and conscious thought. 

But the doctrine of Islam forbids rational thought.  Islam reduces all persons to the moral status of animals and thus to property.  In submitting to the alleged will of the false god Allah the Muslim renounces responsibility for their own actions.  All murders and other crimes committed by a Muslim are simply the Will Of Allah.  In reality when a Muslim desires to commit an act of rape, robbery, or murder he simply declares that he only following the orders of Allah.

But how one deals with another person determines how that person responds.  When the Muslim renounces responsibility for their own thoughts and actions they can no longer be rationally identified as being human. 

And we who remain rational humans can no longer identify and deal with a Muslim as a proper person who is responsible for their own life and actions.  We can only see them as toxic organisms to be removed as a hazard to our lives.  And worse the indoctrination of children in the doctrine of Islam condemns them to extinction as well.

To remain the rational people of of nations of our earth we are left with no alternative but to kill them all.

On the day of the extinction of Islam I will feel no guilt about it. And neither should anyone else.

The truth really sucks sometimes, but one has to say it, no matter what.  It's just going to take me longer to think on the full facts before I could publish them.

Moral Dilemma

I'll start with a photo:

This photo, from the Daily Mail, depicts a demonstration by a group of Muslims in the East End on London against the sale of alcohol. So what?  The prohibition of alcohol was clearly demonstrated to be a clearly bad idea in the United States.  Prohibition opened the way for petty criminals to become fabulously wealthy and bring about the corruption of the police and other sections of government.  It reversed the relationship between the citizens and the government and doing so caused the people to hold it in utter contempt.

Given this history the thought of forbidding alcohol should be dead before the neurons completed firing.  In a normal person it would be.

Muslims are NOT normal people.

The doctrine of Islam was solely the creation of a slave trader and all around career criminal.  This doctrine served the purpose of establishing the illusion of legitimacy for his actions and to create the army that would enforce his will.

THE WILL OF MOHAMMED AND NO ONE ELSE.

The prohibition of alcohol made the force effective with respect to opponents.  The de facto legalization of rape made that force loyal to the false prophet.  The denial of the right of property of the victims, and thus the promise of looting, would drive the continuing expansion of Islam over the world.

In short, the creation of the doctrine of Islam was a crime against Humanity In General.

The followers of Islam continued to inflict horror and destruction upon Humanity after the death of the perpetrator.  Only to be stopped by the occasional superior force or logistical difficulty.  But now Muslims are allowed and even encouraged to emigrate to civilized nations.  They continue to hold themselves above the nonbelievers and in doing so they have begun their program to inflict their will upon us.  In allowing this our current governments have failed us.

The idea that The People of a nation are the sovereign authority was overturned by the Progressive movement.  In doing so the Progressives have opened the path for Muslims to impose their doctrine and their will upon us.   Islam flat out denies the authority of The People to govern themselves and to make our own laws based on our actual experience. 

But reality is unreal to a Muslim.  All that matters is our submission to their will.  No matter how depraved and disconnected from reality it is. And when we will not submit voluntarily they will use deadly force.

Every time.

So what do we do?

How does one deal with a mortal enemy except to kill them?

Repeating Myself

Six and a half years ago I said this:

What the Republican Party needs to get through their collective skulls right now is the fact that the age of politics as usual is over.

No more compromise. No more deals. No more bipartisanship.

There must be a radical clean up of the mess that the Left has created. The partisans of socialism must be systematically removed from our public institutions. And if we are to have a future as the core nation of our civilization we must make a special effort to clean out the Augean Stables that our educational establishment has become under the tutelage of the Left.

And we must with volume and clarity tell the spoiled brats who imagine themselves to be the heirs of Marx and Lenin to grow up or get out.

Of course, if those idiots would just die, it would be nice too.

 At this point it wouldn't be nice.  It is absolutely necessary.

The first time I heard the term “dickhead” was during infantry basic training at Fort Benning. At the time I identified it as a distinctly Army term for a distinctly Army phenomena. An example of a dickhead is Lieutenant Colonel Robert Bateman, someone who clearly does not understand the United States Constitution and his role and limitations as a commissioned officer.

In an opinion piece published in Esquire [LINK HERE] he clearly demonstrates his ignorance of the proper meaning of the Second Amendment and declares his willingness to obey orders to murder American Citizens:

We will pry your gun from your cold, dead, fingers.

Really?

No.

What Bateman as a REMF* academic who has failed to understand is that the Second Amendment is not about sporting use or even self defense against violent criminals. The Second Amendment is an integral component of the Bill of Rights, which in turn clearly defines the relationship between the People of the United States and the Federal Government. The People are the political authority of the nation. And the Federal Government serves The People.**

A very fundamental failure on the part of Bateman is his apparent belief that his subordinates will simply follow orders without thought. The fact is that American soldiers do think. And they do act on the facts of reality they have identified. Alvin York and Audie Murphy did not receive the Medal of Honor for simply following orders. Both men identified the actions that were necessary on the field of battle and carried them out.

If Bateman, a socialist in our uniform, were to issue the order the real soldiers will identify him as a traitor and murderer and air him out.

I prefer one round in the head in the old Soviet style for that sort of action.

13. On 9/11/01 , four airliners were hijacked; two were used as missiles to take down the World Trade Centers and of the remaining two, one crashed into the US Pentagon and the other was diverted and

14. In 2002 , the United States fought a war in Afghanistan against Muslim males.

15. In 2002 , reporter Daniel Pearl was kidnapped and beheaded by---you guessed it was a--- Muslim males.

16. In 2013 , Boston Marathon Bombing 4 Innocent people including a child killed, 264 injured by Muslim males.

No, I really don't see a pattern here to justify profiling, do you? So, to ensure we Americans never offend anyone, particularly fanatics intent on killing us, airport security screeners will no longer be allowed to profile certain people.

Absolutely No Profiling!

They must conduct random searches of 80-year-old women, little kids, airline pilots with proper identification, secret agents who are members of the President's security detail, 85-year old Congressmen with metal hips, and Medal of Honor winner and former Governor Joe Foss, but leave Muslim Males alone lest they be guilty of profiling.

Have the American people completely lost their Minds, or just their Power of Reason???

Let's send this to as many people as we can so that the Gloria Aldreds and other stupid attorneys along with Federal Justices that want to thwart common sense, feel ashamed of themselves -- if they have any such sense.

He continued: “The families who go to Syria form a sort of home front. The women feed the fighters and indoctrinate the children to create the next generation of fighters. Their function is also to populate an area the jihadists have taken as a means of consolidating control.”

I was beyond my usual level of disgust and dismay.  I seriously thought that it was time "to start up the showers and fire the ovens."

Even though it was only to another Islamic hellhole this was an indication of a mass migration, a Volkwanderung, was now underway.

What does this mean?

As long as the migration is to other Muslim occupied land it's not objectively a problem for civilized people. Otherwise it's an old school barbarian invasion.  Rational culture and political structures are overturned and the looter structure and culture of Islam is imposed.

This is intolerable.  A proper government would stop the migration by open, and if necessary, deadly force.  But the current Progressive philosophy of ethics and politics does not recognize the difference between civilized men (and those seeking to elevate themselves to civilization) and outright barbarians.

As far as Progressives are concerned anybody is good.  The content of the mind is irrelevant. As long as you don't actually think.

Room Temperature Savage

Ayn Rand was once asked if it was better to submit to Communism or to die.  She answered that it was to better to see the Reds dead.

I had to completely agree.

It has come to my attention that a famous Communist Stooge and all around waste of matter and energy has finally descended to ambient temperature.  Of course The Big Zero will shortly release a statement about how he -- the occupant of the White House -- was so utterly wonderful.  As The Big Zero has clearly demonstrated, the idea that anyone could achieve anything is completely alien to him.

If by reading this you have concluded that I’m using this opportunity to show off my skill at writing sarcasm, you’re right.

The Communist Stooge only reached ambient temperature not because of the life support system that he was privileged to be hooked up to, but because the last real government of the Republic of South Africa failed to do it’s job.  The fact was that the Communist Stooge was an enemy of Civilization and Humanity in General.  The Communist Stooge should have been put to death upon identification.

Instead the Communist Stooge became a celebrated cause for useless idiots around the world.  The sale of military equipment needed to fight the ongoing Communist insurgency and other forms of lawful trade were embargoed by the United Nations Organization.  To the everlasting shame of our nation the United States Government participated in the embargo of the Republic of South Africa. 

When the last real government fell to savages the Communist Stooge was granted power that he was neither entitled to nor fit to exercise.

Proposal Of The Day

Yesterday I repeated my proposal for a 28th Amendment to the Constitution and proposed a 29th Amendment.  Today I shall propose the 30th Amendment:

AMENDMENT XXX

Congress, nor the States, shall make no law respecting the establishment of an institute of education, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof.

Now why would I propose this?

At the time of the founding of the republic the process of education was carried out by the churches in general.  Thus Freedom of Education was an inherent right of the People of the United States.  But late in the 19th Century the move to government run "Public" schools took off. This was in part because of the influence of collectivists of the Progressive Movement.  In the last generation the process of falsifying history and the general dumbing down of the students has become too obvious to ignore.  When I finally escaped from high school I promised myself that I would never send any child of mine to a public school.

In this amendment we restore to the parents the authority and responsibility of educating their children.

Question Of The Day

Why is the United States Army and Marine Corps still deployed in Afghanistan?

It's very clear to a rational observer that The Big Zero is sympathetic to Islam.  And that he is very sympathetic to the most consistent practitioners, and thus murderous believers, of this clearly false religion.  There is simply no point in continuing this operation.

 A possible answer is that a Soldier or Marine deployed anywhere outside the continental United States (CONUS) will not be able to uphold his oath of enlistment and participate in the overthrow of the current Neo-Communist regime.  A Soldier or Marine who is isolated in Afghanistan would simply be stuck in place, unable to intervene.  This is particularly true in the cast of members of elite formations such as the Special Forces.  The Special Forces Underground was established under the less tyrannical conditions of the Clinton Administration.  I would not at all be surprised if a similar organization was in place at this very moment.

(And if it is, they would not contact me as I should have been under surveillance for nearly two decades, now.)

The fact of the matter is that The Big Zero does not trust anyone in the Armed Forces.  The ongoing purge of flag and general officers and the complete disarmament of personnel on base and on duty is a clear indication of this.

A Problem I Have

Some people do not understand that Leslie is a gender neutral name.  This has led to no small amount of annoyance with people who expect to interact with a woman.  For example, I had an appointment to see an optometrist last week.  The woman who called to confirm the appointment heard a male voice and did not understand that she was actually speaking to the correct person.  She also came across as being dumb in general.

The appointment itself was another CF altogether.  I waited thirty one minutes after the specified time of the visit before I walked out without being seen by the optometrist.  This is inexcusable.

And given the fact that I have a gender neutral name I have decided to skip the bachelor party altogether.

I was so depressed today that I had to mentally compel myself to go out and buy groceries.

Why?  Why did this betrayal of our nation and Humanity happen?

The foundation of the problem is the idea that Peace is a moral value apart from and superior to Life and Liberty.  The idea that Peace could be a value to someone who is not in command of their own life.

To strike the pose of moral superiority Barack Obama and his stooge John Kerry sold out the people of Israel and  other nations to the depraved rulers of Iran.  It is only a matter of time before they  detonate a nuclear weapon on those they wish to murder.  And as a result there will be another world war.  A war that will without question be fought nuclear and other horrible weapons.

 I could start out by quoting George Santayana, but those of us who actually perceive and think already know the statement.

History is being repeated and we are condemned to witness it.

The fundamental problem with Barack Obama and those who aid and support him is that they see themselves as exempt from the reality that we perceive and understand.  The history of errors made by the Progressive movement is absolutely meaningless to them.  The wave of destruction and the death toll is completely blanked out.

Because of his deliberate inattention to history the sitting president had decided to repeat one of the greatest blunders of the last century.  The Munich Agreement of 1938 allowed a totalitarian state to proceed with their program of empowerment and aggression.  This in turn would lead to the most devastating war in recorded history.  The current agreement with Iran will allow the Iranian state to construct nuclear weapons and use them in their program of aggression.  This in turn will result in a far more devastating world war fought with chemical and nuclear weapons.

And there may not be someone left alive to record the history.

There will be a day when the true believers in African Racial Collectivism will look back on the present day as a golden age when the adherents of their doctrine could literally get away with murder.  That is the murder of any one who is not part of their racial collective.

As with their Aryan precursors, African Racial Collective has developed a cultural contempt for The Other.  Those who are not identified as members of the collective are deemed to be nonhuman as thus subject to attack.  The Other, the Non-Africans, are simply attacked for the thrill of it with no material gains to be had.  Non-Africans are hunted and assaulted as if they were members of a non-sentient game species.

Given the African Racial Collective has begun to adopt National Socialist behavior it comes to no surprise that some of them are identified and treated as such.  Some victims have responded with deadly force and have wounded or killed some perpetrators.

As with the German National Socialists before them the African Racial Collective now has a martyr for their cause.  As with Horst Wessel of the NSDAP in Germany, the African Racial collectivists here in the United States have declared Trayvon Martin to be a martyr.  And their de-facto Marxist political overseers are backing them with the full posture of moral  righteousness.  But the posture of righteousness is not identical with simply being right.

The African Racial Collectivists and their backers are not only placing themselves in opposition to reality they have placed themselves in opposition to us who live by reason in reality.

The fundamental problem with the concept of Democracy is that there is no inherent restriction on the power of the state.  What the majority decides becomes the act of the Democratic State.  And if the majority decides that you must die then the Democratic State will kill you.  To govern is to exercise control over the social use of force.  But in the Democratic State there is no control.  There is no restraint on the exercise of power.  Anything literally goes.

Or, to put it another way, it really sucked to be Socrates in the Democratic State of Athens.

Because of this the Founders of the United States rejected the concept of the Democratic State in favor of a Constitutional Republic.  This was a form of government that clearly defined the powers granted to it and outlawed the exercise of powers not granted to it.

As you have seen in the article The Constitution is no longer in effect.  The nation and California in particular have degenerated into democratic states exercising unrestrained power. 

Although the action in San Rafael appears to be a trivial annoyance where no one died, the Federal actions at Ruby Ridge and Waco clearly were the exercise of unrestrained force.

It is only a matter of time before someone else needlessly dies.

2. The production and sale of new firearms, being defined as a rifle, pistol, or other gun, will be disallowed until a time in which the number of firearms in circulation is equal to 50% of the population as determined by the Census.
3. No gun may reside in the same building as anyone who has failed a mental health evaluation, as performed by a medical professional, as approved by the Affordable Care Act (aka Obamacare).
4. A mental health examination, as performed by a medical professional approved by the Affordable Care Act (aka Obamacare) must be passed in order to receive a firearms license.
5. An income tax equal to 4% of an individual’s income will be assessed upon all gun owners.  In states which were at any point in time a part of the Confederate States of America, this tax shall be equal to 10% of an individual’s income.  Taxes levied under this amendment shall be appropriated in equal portions to programs to expand Affirmative Action programs and begin to pay reparations to the descendants of African slaves.
6. Any person making the choice to own a firearm must carry $250,000 worth of liability insurance for each weapon owned.  This insurance must be provided by a publicly owned insurance company to be established.
7. All firearms must be retrofitted with both a global positioning transmitter as well as a fingerprint activated locking mechanism.  Failure to comply with this provision will result in a fine, prison time, and forfeiture of the privilege of firearm ownership.
8. The National Rifle Association, Michigan Militia, and other “gun rights” groups shall be considered terrorist operations.
9. United States Marshals will be randomly placed at various “sporting venues,” where a firearm could be otherwise legally discharged.  This could include publicly or privately owned venues where the following (but not limited to) take place:  hunting areas, shooting ranges.
10. In a calendar year, no person may buy more than 100 rounds of ammunition.
11. Assault rifles, semi-automatic, and automatic weapons, as well as those not fitted with GPS and trigger locking devices will be immediately seized by the government.  The owner will be compensated fair market value of the weapon, minus the cost of the seizure operation.
12. President Obama will establish a Secretary of Firearm management.  This office will have final say over future gun regulation to prevent against rampant innovation that was not forseen by the second amendment.

On this day 150 years ago Abraham Lincoln, the President of the United States, gave a two minute speech to commemorate the dedication of the Soldier's Cemetery  at Gettysburg, Pennsylvania.

On Assassination

A Leftist -- especially a formally indoctrinated leftist -- will believe anything except the truth.

For example  the New York Times has published an editorial piece claiming that President John F. Kennedy was assassinated as a result of the collective will of the City of Dallas, Texas.

The fact that President Kennedy was murdered in a Democrat controlled state by a Communist apparently did not enter the non-existent mind of the author. Nor did the fact that there is no such clearly identifiable thing as a collective will.  That belief is simply a Marxist myth.

The fact is that the assassination of a significant political figure is essentially a suicide mission. The term assassin is derived from the Islamic cult of the Assassins.  A group whose members were induced into performing suicide missions through the use of hashish.

Even though more than sufficient grounds have been provided for a seizure of the Federal Government by force it will not happen because those who can do so understand that Barack Obama is not the cause of the problem, he is merely the symptom.  The actual problem is the subculture holds the rights of individuals in contempt and is willing to use force to reach their goals.  A single assassination will not solve this problem.

Though there is no shortage of trained individuals who are able to carry out the mission it will not happen because we who have the necessary skills understand that it would be futile.  If Barack Obama were assassinated it will be the result of someone who identified him as insufficiently Marxist or Islamic in action.

Why is that?

The battle of Gettysburg is seen by historians as the high water mark of the Confederate cause. But what was the cause of the Confederacy?

In my present view it was Elitism.

The Southern states were politically dominated by the slave holding class. A group of men who saw themselves as entitled to the labor of African slaves and the obedience of common white men. With the wealth and free time taken from the backs of their slaves they came to dominate the Southern states of the American Republic. The rise of the Republican party came as a result of the citizens of the North becoming tired of the abuses inflicted by the Southern Elites. The Southern Elites saw no alternative to preserve their class privileges but to leave The Union.

The War of Succession was presented to the common citizens of the South as a struggle for liberty but the fact was that the actual objective was to preserve the power of the Elites. When conscription was imposed on the South the slave holding class was essentially exempt from it. The true view of the common citizens by the Elites was made clear for the first time.

With the defeat at Gettysburg the cause of the Confederacy and the Elites who ruled it had no place to go but down.

So why would Barack Obama, someone generally identified as a Marxist, decline to participate in the ceremonies at Gettysburg?

Because Marxism is an elitist doctrine. It was created by a self-appointed elite for the benefit of the self-appointed elite. Marx, Engels, and their subsequent followers, saw themselves, without qualification, as the masters of the actually rational and productive citizens of their nations. Their efforts, as with the Southern Elites, were to control and use people for their own benefit. Regardless of their public statements the natural inclination of the Marxists is to side with their fellow users of humanity.

On this basis it's no surprise that The Big Zero is a no-show at Gettysburg.

On Political Authority

On Saturday I posted a rant on the subject of political authority. Here's the basic version without the complaint about rust:

One of the ideas that has been rattling about in the remnant of my brain is that a mere warm body should not exercise political authority. I acquired this thought from reading Starship Troopers by Robert A. Heinlein about a decade before picking up anything written by Ayn Rand. The fact is that all forms of authority are based on knowledge and political authority is no exception.

But in the present system political authority is granted to any warm body without regard to their the actual state of knowledge. As a result some warm bodies have traded their votes for a material object such as an IPad or a wad of cash. Or worse they have traded their votes for the warm and fuzzy feeling of having been compassionate.

The result is out present state of our nation. Those who lack knowledge or simple concern for consequences should not have authority over another person, let alone the fate of a nation.

Heinlein's proposed solution to the problem is relatively easy to look up for yourself. Or you can purchase a copy of Starship Troopers from Ace Books.

My solution to the problem is simply proper education in the obligations of citizenship.

The course would be similar to a driver education course as presently taught. The first part of the class covers The Constitution, the proper functions of each branch of government, the function of each clause and amendment, the duties of the citizen as the sovereign authority of the nation, and what happened when the Federal Government was allowed to enter the failure mode.

The second part of the course covers the function and use of the instrument of political authority, the personal weapon. This covers rifle marksmanship and maintenance. Also covered is the basic organization and tactics of the citizen militia unit.

While the citizenship course will not be mandatory, completion and a passing grade will be required to exercise the authority to vote.

Sunday Disturbance

This is a disturbing thought.

Has anyone else noticed that Charles Schumer is the literal embodiment of the subject of anti-Semitic propaganda? That POS has deceived and used the Jewish voters of New York to gain power and those same voters will be left holding the bag when it is time to hold him accountable for his crimes.

We know that Schumer is fully responsible for his acts, but not everyone will be properly enlightened and innocent (or at least ignorant) people will be wrongly punished This is clearly wrong.

An Idea

I'll start by showing two photos I took with the laptop camera.





I regret that the photos were taken under less than ideal conditions but the rust spots are visible.

The photos are of a magazine for a Norinco AK-47 chambered in the 5.56 x 45 mm NATO cartridge. I purchased the weapon and magazines while preparing for an insurrection during the Clinton Administration. I could have bought a standard AK-47 but chose this particular weapon because if I lived long enough I could use captured ammunition without changing to a captured M16 series weapon. As a result of my experience in the US Army I was not a fan of the M16A1 or any related weapon.

So how did this magazine come to be in such an awful condition?

Two years ago I was a cab driver struggling to make enough to cover the extortion payments levied by our so-called state and federal governments. I went to bed and about a month later I was hospitalized for pneumonia and had a heart attack resulting in anoxia and brain damage. I was not expected to live. At this time my mother and one of my brothers cleared out my apartment. One of the things that happened during this process was that my business records for driving a cab were thrown out. Fortunately my mother took my weapons into storage at her home. But the brother took the web gear with loaded magazines and stored them in his garage. As a result the web gear became moldy and the magazines rusted.

A real citizen should have known better than to do this.

I was beyond the state of anger when I saw the magazines. My brother had acted out of ignorance, as if he were a dog that had defecated on a valuable antique rug.

President Barack Obama is an intellectual nihilist who is in apparent sympathy with the metaphysical and moral nihilists who rule Iran. As a result The Zero is allowing the the Iranian state to continue their program of enriching the uranium necessary to construct a basic fission bomb. Of course this is meaningless to The Zero. The truth is not important and human lives are not a value to him. All that matters to him is being in power.

Of course real authority comes with responsibility but why should The Zero care about a bunch of Jews being vaporized when he's firmly seated on the heap.

Yesterday morning I came into my office at Bladen Community College to find specific web sites that I have accessed for over a year now blocked by the Barracuda Web Site Blocker. And why you might ask? Because they pertain to the category "Weapons."

I am at a college in a county who has an arms manufacturer. This same company employs machinists that this school wants me to train for careers in machining yet they desire to be PC and anti-gun.

I ran an e-mail up to the Dean and Executive VP and ask that it be rectified. If not, my contract expires on January 3.

I cannot and will not work for such a two-faced outfit.

Thirty four years ago I promised myself that I would never send my own children through a public school system. I've kept that promise.

I am beyond disgusted. In fact I now look at this behavior with the dispassion of a scientist. It's not that I don't care. I do care about the people of Israel. But this lot has so thoroughly dehumanized themselves that I now look at them as mere predatory animals that need to be put down for the safety of Israel and for Humanity in general.

I could denounce them for walking on the flag, which is no more that the practice of symbolic magic or voodoo. But so what? They have so thoroughly renounced reason that I have to wonder how any of them get out of bed in the morning without killing themselves. It is only because they can function on the perceptual level of consciousness that they exist all, as well as being a danger to others.

The fact that they are calling for a Second Holocaust means nothing to the Left in general. The Left, from our so-called president to the most brainwashed college student, does not believe that anyone has a right to live. Let alone a right to defend themselves. They will continue to cheer on as the so-called Palestinians murder the people of Israel and condemn every act necessary to protect human lives.

And the Left and their hominid pets in black will never be held to account.
