Anniversary

On March 10, 1982 I enlisted in the United States Army.  The recruiting station was a former service station on the corner of 22th St. and Central Ave.  It was snowing that day.  When anyone at Fort Benning inquired where I was from my usual answer was, "the Soviet Socialist Republic of Minnesota."  The Cold War was on at the time.

Conscience is the expression of the ego in the moral realm.  To make a moral judgment and to act on it are basically selfish acts.  It's the self that sees through its own eyes and acts on its own knowledge of right and wrong.  You couldn't be selfish if you can't live with yourself.  Rational Selfishness as defined and advocated by Ayn Rand was limited to acts which benefited one's self but caused no harm or inflicted a cost on another person.  The narcissist, especially in the political realm, isn't concerned with the injuries and burdens inflicted on other people.  In fact, the more destructive the consequences of obedience to those who obey the narcissist, the better.  Human sacrifice with beating hearts cut out and victims flayed alive, that's great.  Millions worked to death in slave labor camps in Siberia, as far as the narcissist is concerned that's better.  In order for me to say, "I, Leslie Bates, do solemnly swear to uphold and defend the Constitution of the United States of America..." I have to say "I". That was my ego speaking when I took the oath of enlistment.

As a combat riflemen (MOS 11 B) I opposed conscription.  I did so in 1982 and I'm doing so now.  Some people have a problem with persons acting on their conscience.  I don't.  When I was enlisted in the United States Army the Army was going though several transitions.  The Army was transitioning from the M1 steel pot to the first generation of the K-pot helmet.  The Army was transitioning from the M60A3 tank to the first generation of the M1 Abrams tank with the 105mm rifled gun.  The Army was transitioning from the M113A1 APC to the first generation of the Bradley Fighting Vehicle.  The Army was transitioning from the Huey helicopter to the first generation of the Blackhawk helicopter.

I forgot: When I was stationed at Fort Benning the United States Army made the transition from canned c-rations to MRE's.

Ignorance is a weakness.

Thoughts Of The Day

 If the United States of America had a real government Joe Biden and Kamala Harris would already be dead.  Those are the kind of people I swore to kill when I was in the United States Army.

The State, like fire, can be useful.  Like fire, the State must be limited.

History

During the time I worked for Pizza Hut I was an effective driver and took a proactive stance with tasks such as dish washing and store maintenance.  I even helped out on making some the simpler items on the menu.  The stone manager liked this and paid me above the standard rate. 

But there was a problem, when I would call in an order for food for myself I hated the push to buy items I didn’t want and I refrained from using those tactics when taking orders on the phone.  The local franchise holder was monitoring the phones and noted that wasn’t pushing the customers and the woman in charge of training tried to correct this.  She ordered me to call other stores and pretend to place orders and then rate how the person on line was performing.

Now in the United States Army when someone fails at a task in training they have to do the procedure over again until they do it right.  So from my view the order was wrong and I refused to follow it.

I was fired.

Disarming the citizens -- who are the sovereign authority of the nation -- is treason.  To say anything more would require the extensive use of barracks language.  There's no such thing as "common sense gun control." those who are in favor of banning firearms are enemies of Humanity and should be treated in the Nuremberg style, from the neck until dead.  And there's no limit to what a Statist can do to a disarmed victim.

Question Of The Day

Why is the United States Army and Marine Corps still deployed in Afghanistan?

It's very clear to a rational observer that The Big Zero is sympathetic to Islam.  And that he is very sympathetic to the most consistent practitioners, and thus murderous believers, of this clearly false religion.  There is simply no point in continuing this operation.

 A possible answer is that a Soldier or Marine deployed anywhere outside the continental United States (CONUS) will not be able to uphold his oath of enlistment and participate in the overthrow of the current Neo-Communist regime.  A Soldier or Marine who is isolated in Afghanistan would simply be stuck in place, unable to intervene.  This is particularly true in the cast of members of elite formations such as the Special Forces.  The Special Forces Underground was established under the less tyrannical conditions of the Clinton Administration.  I would not at all be surprised if a similar organization was in place at this very moment.

(And if it is, they would not contact me as I should have been under surveillance for nearly two decades, now.)

The fact of the matter is that The Big Zero does not trust anyone in the Armed Forces.  The ongoing purge of flag and general officers and the complete disarmament of personnel on base and on duty is a clear indication of this.

(Seriously?  Removing bolts from rifles while on parade?  Paranoid are we, Zero?)

What The Hell Big Zero?

Another day in the land of The Big Zero:

Two men training at Fort Leonard Wood are in custody after deputies say they tried to abduct a 12-year-old girl in Pulaski County Friday afternoon. Mohammed Mahmoud Omar Mefleh, 34, and Antoine Clela, 31, were charged with enticement of a child and harassment.

The victim told police she was playing with a sibling in her yard when Mefleh and Clela approached her several times and tried to lure her into their vehicle. She told officers they kept asking for sexual favors.

The suspects are with a foreign military in a middle eastern country and are part of a training mission at Fort Leonard Wood, just a couple miles from where the attempted abduction took place.

I'm at a loss to think of something original to say about this. I just want this nightmare to end.

It is really this simple: The fundamental cause of crime is the belief on the part of the criminal that another person exists for the purpose of being used by the criminal. Islam is a criminal doctrine created by a major criminal to recruit other criminals to rob and murder for his own benefit. Because the doctrine of Islam denies the validity of all real laws, including The Constitution and The Bill Of Rights, the perpetrators cannot under any circumstances claim protection under same.
