It was noticed during the Second World War that normal people can do horrible things.  We shouldn't be surprised that Hard Leftists will do horrible things during the next revolution.

Personal History

I've been wrong.  I admit it. 

Many who've been wrong but won't admit it.  Many of those people have gone on to commit atrocities.

What looks like a good idea may actually be a bad idea.  The SS-Totenkofverbande believed they were good guys doing good things.  But in Reality they were bad people doing awful things.

The advocates of Gun Control believe they're good people doing a good thing.  But in Reality what they're doing is a bad thing.

Opinion

The perpetrator of every horror believed they were a good person doing a good thing.  So did the SS-Totenkopfverbande.  The Holocaust wasn't an exception to this fact.  The perpetrators of "Gun Control" don't understand this fact.

What we have to understand is all members of the NSDAP were told they were victims of the Jews collectively.

I once rented a room in a house on the corner of 24th Street and Humboldt Avenue, west of Hennepin Avenue.  My car was hit by someone speeding South on Lyndale Avenue with such force it was spun around facing opposite direction.  The police report on the crash stated that I lived East of Hennepin Avenue and was driving West.  My next car had a Libertarian Party bumper sticker on it.  I was parked on 24th Street and no one else was towed.  My car was apparently towed by order of a member of the city council (a Democrat, of course).  No one else was towed.  After I moved into the Parker Skyview building (in 2012) I had a noise complaint about my neighbor in apartment #2312.  The Minneapolis Police said they had no resources to answer the complaint.  My neighbor in apartment #2312 was a black man from Chicago.  Answering the noise complaint would have been politically incorrect.  I should be a member of the “Defund the Police” movement but I’m not.  Why?  We must understand that Political Correctness isn’t correct and that Social Justice isn’t just. 

Those politicians who prefer to feel that they're on the side of progress (but who in fact haven't had an original idea since the Stone Age) are invariably envious of the profits made by major corporations.  So much so that at every opportunity these self styled guardians of the common worker will levy a new tax on corporate profits to the thunderous applause of the ignorant masses.  The dirty little secret that the lords of The Left and their sycophants in the Mainstream Media refuse to tell their victims is that each new tax levied on a major corporation has absolutely zero impact on corporate profits.  The fact of the matter is that taxes levied on business are part of the cost of doing business and are passed on to the consumers of goods with the services created by that business.  A tax on corporate profits is in fact a tax on you.

Racial Collectivism isn’t acceptable regardless of who performs it.

Why did The Holocaust happen?  

The actual author of the Book of Genesis actually had a point: Evil often presents itself as Good.

The Holocaust wasn't a unique event.  The Holocaust (and other horrors) were the result of normal people acting normally.  Why did a particular horror happen?  There's an answer but you may not like it.  A horror happened because the perpetrators believed they were good people with their victims and opponents being evil.  We've seen this before with numerous horrors and it will happen again.  What we're dealing with are people who believe they're good people.  We have to deal with them as such no matter how horrible the things they actually do.  Many of the people who’re loudly proclaiming “never again” are going to do it again.  The National Socialists and Soviets believed themselves to be good people, we're seeing the same phenomena with Anti-Fa.  Anti-Fa claims to be opposed to Fascism no matter what they actually do.  Members of Anti-Fa will believe the lies they're told regardless of the consequences.  Members of Anti-Fa claim to oppose Fascism, in fact they're what Fascists are.  Most members of Anti-Fa don't know that they're following the dictators handbook.  Most proponents of tyranny, such as members of Anti-Fa (National Socialists, Soviet Communists, etc.) believe they're good people and that their opponents are evil.  It's very easy to predict what a self appointed opponent of Fascism will say.  Just take a mouth dropping of a National Socialist and replace the word Jew with the word Fascist.

Those who don't remember history are a highly sought after group of followers.  We identify The Holocaust as the horrible act it actually was.  And we should be horrified.  But we're seeing The Holocaust from an objective perspective.  From the subjective perspective the perpetrators of The Holocaust saw themselves (apart from some psychopaths) as being good people doing good things with their victims and opponents as being evil.  We're seeing this again with the Marxists who make up the membership of Anti-fa.  They see themselves as being good and their victims as being evil.  I've said this before: Killing a Marxist isn't an act of murder, it's an act of self defense.  I have a warning for members of Anti-fa, when you Brownshirt someone, don't be surprised that you're treated as a Brownshirt.  I've found through direct experience that the opposition really believe they're the good guys.  If a member of Anti-fa wants to see a Totalitarian, all they have to do is look in a mirror.  Totalitarians are never hiding under the bed, they're in plain view.  For those who value power no act is too vile.  Killing a member of Anti-Fa isn't an act of murder, it's an act of self defense.  Members of Anti-fa should be engaged with aircraft like the AC-130 and A-10.  A Fascist isn't who the self styled opponents of the doctrine believe they are.  WE HAVE THE DUTY to see the self described antifascist as they truly are a National Socialist piece of shit who should be hanged from the neck until dead.  And WE HAVE THE DUTY to identify the Mainstream Media are a bunch of liars.

Why don't we assassinate Joe Biden and/or Kamala Harris?  Because their assassinations won't solve the problem.  The actual problem is a culture that holds the rights of individuals in contempt.  The assassination of Biden and/or Harris won't solve that problem.

It really sucked to be Socrates in the Democratic State of Athens.  The United States of America was established as a Constitutional Republic.   This was an actual form of government that was limited to the exercise of explicitly specified powers.  A Democracy, on the other hand, is an unlimited state which claims the authority to act on the popular will.  The murder of Socrates by a majority vote in the polis of Athens is a clear case in point.  Also the various Communist states are currently claiming to be democracies in order to exercise unrestrained power over their subjects.

In the collectivist version of a social-political order founded on the Primacy of the Parasite the ordinary person is looked upon as a tool to be used, the product of their labor is treated as the property of the collective which is distributed in accordance to those needs which are identified by the leaders of the collective.  An individual who's retired from the workforce requires food, housing, and medical care, all of which is taken from the collective pool of assets without any input to the resource pool from the retiree in return.  From the point of view of the collective leadership a retiree's a liability to the collective.  The good of the collective requires the reduction of such liabilities as early as possible. Thus it's in the best interest of the collective to encourage self-termination by the elderly and the seriously or terminally ill.  And it's also in the best interest of the collective to abort those fetuses that won't grow up to be productive workers in the collective.  And if you think that what I just wrote is outrageous, then think again.  One group of collectivists, the National Socialists of Germany, actually carried out a program of euthanasia on developmentally challenged individuals of all ages.  Anyone who believes that an individual has no inherent Right to Life is capable of believing anything and, as history has demonstrated, capable of doing anything.  One attribute of a Progressive is that they regard those who don't mindlessly follow them to be mindless.  And will commit a fraud to impose their falsehood on a real person.  The Progressives have never had a problem with committing murder.

Might doesn't make right.  Justice consists of getting what you deserve, not receiving what you want.  The absolute last thing the other side wants is justice, because that would result in their extinction. Those who can't properly identify and communicate the clear facts of reality have no place in government or outside of a mental hospital.

Why do atrocities happen?

Believers in doctrine X believe they're good people doing good things with their victims and opponents being evil.  We could discuss The Holocaust until we're blue in the face, so let's discuss two more recent events.  Paulette Cooper was punished for telling the truth about Scientology.  Shelly Miscavige was punished for doing her job.  From an objective perspective these acts were wrong.  From the perspective of the perpetrators these acts were right.  We need to get into heads of the perpetrators to understand their actions.  We may not like what we find.  

When are we going to treat the Democratic Party as the Enemies Of Mankind they actually are?

Race A was told they were the victims of Race B.  We saw this in the original Holocaust when the Germans (so-called Aryan Race) were told by the NSDAP that they were the victims of the Jews.  Thus The Holocaust occurred.  We're seeing this again when BLM is telling the Blacks that they're the victims of the Whites.

What the parasites and moral narcissists who push gun control refuse to see is that to totally disarm the citizens of a free nation requires the deliberate exercise of deadly force against individuals who rightfully refuse to surrender their arms and who in no way have violated the life, liberty, or property of any other person.  The end of civil disarmament can't be brought about without the murder of people who in objective reality are innocent of any wrongful act.  Those who'd disarm us are nothing less than mortal enemies of all rational human beings.  As far as I'm concerned such depraved persons should be dealt with as wolves are.

There's a question and I have have an answer, but you may not like the answer.

Why did many horrors (such as The Holocaust, the Killing Fields, and 9/11, etc.) happen?  Because the people who did them were told (or believed) they were good people and doing good things.  We're seeing this again with the members of Anti-Fa and Black Lives Matter.

Why did National Socialists murder Jews?  Because Jews didn't fit into the Racial Collective as defined by Hitler.

Why?

The actions of Collectivists (such as the NSDAP and the CPSU) are seen as evil.  (General Patton actually vomited during an official tour of Dachau, that was never shown in the movie.)  But we're looking at those actions objectively.  Subjectively, the perpetrators of The Holocaust actually believed they were the good guys doing good things and those who opposed them were evil people.  We're seeing this again in the actions of Anti-fa and Black Lives Matter.
