Senator Cruz On The North Korean Nuclear Test

For the record I'm in favor of preemptive actions to terminate the North Korean and Iranian nuclear weapons programs.

A Request

The very first act that every individual performs upon enlisting in the Armed Forces of the United States is promise to uphold and defend The Constitution.

For the Army the oath of enlistment was this:

I, _____, do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic; that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same; and that I will obey the orders of the President of the United States and the orders of the officers appointed over me, according to regulations and the Uniform Code of Military Justice. So help me God." (Title 10, US Code; Act of 5 May 1960 replacing the wording first adopted in 1789, with amendment effective 5 October 1962).

 All of us who served in the Armed Forces made this promise to the nation.

The time has come for us who served to keep the promise.

In 2008 it was clear to every rational observer that Barrack Obama was absolutely unfit to hold any public office.  It was clear that he possessed no valid understanding of human life and of the government that protects it.  It was very clear that he had been indoctrinated in the falsehoods of Marxism and was an adherent of the anti-human doctrine of Environmentalism.  And finally in office he has opened the way to the nuclear arming of the Islamic dictatorship in Iran. 

As President Barack Obama has acted as an adversary to the nation and a friend to our enemies and to Humanity as a whole.  There is no question that he is absolutely unfit to occupy the office of President and must be removed.

Although Congress has the authority to remove a President through the process of impeachment it will not happen.  The Republican Party, which actually represents the People of The United States, lacks the votes and the fortitude to carry out this task.  And the other party is simply too depraved to do it.

There is no question at this point that the Armed Forces must step up and remove Obama from office.  We need a military coup–right now.

Thought For The Day

If we not had a war of succession 150 years ago we would be facing one now.  The destructive effects of the Obama Regime (not an administration) would have been sufficient to move several states into independence.  Because Lincoln had successfully prevented the Confederacy from splitting off we will have to fight  a war to completely over turn the regime instead of simply escaping it.

Quite frankly I'm not looking forward to taking down New York, Chicago, and Los Angeles.

State Of The Union

So what do I think of the State of the Union address last night?

I don't.  I didn't bother to watch it or to read a transcript.  Nor do I intend to catch up on the subject.

Why?

Because the intellectual premises -- the basic system of beliefs -- held by Barack Obama and his followers are fundamentally false.  There is simply no purpose in wasting time and burning brain cells on answering him point for point.

So what does he believe?

The answer is what I call the Gospel According to Marx.  It was imparted on him by his maternal parent and grandparents.  Marxism is fundamentally the denial of several facts of reality.

That Human Life is the fundamental moral value.  That things of value are those objects and actions that support and improve human life.   That actual values are identified by the full operation of the rational mind.

Marxism denies more. 

That things of value can be imagined by rational thought and made by real labor.  That the creation of values by labor must be directed by rational thought.   And that the distribution of values must be directed by reason on the basis of consent. And because the actions of no two persons in the process of production can have equal value the concept of equality on income is clearly invalid.

Marxism is not a new doctrine.  It is simply a cover for the old barbaric notion of might being right.  That by raising a sufficient number of fists they can negate the real value of real thought and labor.  It is nothing more than an excuse to exercise force.  But reality cannot be erased by a show of hands.  Nor can a fact be overturned at the point of a gun.  Every attempt to put Marxist doctrine into action has failed. Without exception.

Every attempt to enforce the doctrine of Marx has resulted in millions of deaths.  From the use of force to compel obedience and starvation from the failure of any Marxist system to produce food.

There is simply no excuse for anyone to believe in or to attempt to enforce the doctrine of Marxism on this or any other nation.

So why is it happening now?

In part because most Americans do not understand what is happening.  The enemy has taken over educational and media establishments.  They put out falsehoods that are believed by some of our people without question.

Given his absolute contempt for The People of this nation I would not be surprised that Barack Obama departs from office in front of a firing squad.

On Tuesday's PoliticsNation on MSNBC, during a discussion of Republican congressional members who have spoken of the possibility of impeaching President Obama, Washington Post columnist Dana Milbank labeled such talk "tribal politics" and compared it to a "revenge killing" against the President because he won the election.

He who holds the office of President of the United States is only a mere citizen.  He was once commonly identified as the First Citizen.  Contrary to what Collectivists believe the act of election to the office does not confer God-like powers or immunity from law and judgement. A President who violates The Constitution and the Common Law must face trial and judgement for his acts.  No exceptions can ever be granted.

There is no question at this time that Barack Obama has violated the law and has caused harm to our people. It is simply on the basis of one fact that he must be removed.

I will stop here for the moment.

The Appeal To Emotion

An ability that we as Human Beings have is to be able to learn from our own errors  And to preferably learn from the errors made by others.

In his campaign for the office of President of the United States in 1964 Arizona Senator Barry Goldwater made numerous errors.  One mistake that stood out in particular was the Appeal To Emotion.  During the campaign he said:

In your heart you know he’s right.

This one statement was absolutely wrong.  In it Senator Goldwater asked us to not actually see things as they are.  He are also asks us to not use the uniquely Human capacity to conceptually think and to construct a larger and complete mental picture that incorporates all of our actual knowledge.

In this one statement we are asked to not think and only to make a decision on the base of an emotion.  And in the real world the result of acting on emotion instead of rational thought is invariably a failure.

But that’s not the whole picture.  The Appeal To Emotion is a tactic used by statist politicians around the world.  And it was  most effectively used by Adolf Hitler, Benito Mussolini, and Barack Obama.

But if the Appeal To Emotion is wrong then why should they use it at all?

In the above mentioned cases the politicians and their parties are absolutely wrong.  Their programs and the underlying philosophy can be illuminated by rational thought and then properly rejected as being completely wrong.  Thus those who believe in the primacy of the state can only obtain their desired powers through the deception of the electorate. 

Unfortunately for us the cultural foundation for winning through the Appeal To Emotion has already been laid.  Throughout the nations of the West the intellectual establishment has been taken over by Marxists and other nihilists in general.  To immunize their doctrines from the effect of rational thought they have systematically denounced the exercise of reason.  Although their goal is the triumph of Marxism they have also opened the virtual gates of the West to the savagery of Islam.

To survive and ultimately to prosper we must bring back Reason as the way of life.

On The Impeachment Of Barack Obama

As I wrote yesterday there is no question that Barack Obama is unfit to hold any elected office.  And certainly not the office of President of the United States.  [LINK HERE]  Simply on the basis of his beliefs it is clear that he must be removed from office.  Furthermore he has clearly demonstrated in action his absolute contempt for the lives and other rights of Americans.  Given that the fundamental task of the President is the uphold and defend the lives and rights of each person and The People as a whole this is absolutely wrong.

Barack Obama must be removed from the office of President of the United States.

To avoid an armed overthrow of the federal government the authors of our Constitution created the process of impeachment.  Within living memory this procedure was attempted during the terms of William Clinton.  But instead of indicting and trying him for a serious offense, such as the Waco Massacre, he was instead prosecuted for an act of purgery when testifying of an adultery literally committed in the Oval Office.

The indictment and subsequent trial of William Clinton was a virtual joke.

As with Clinton there are clear grounds to believe that Barack Obama has committed multiple impeachable offenses.  Blogger Doriangrey1 has created the list of Obama's violations of violations of The Constitution alone that qualify as grounds for impeachment. [LINK HERE]

So what is the hold up?

One problem, which clearly appeared during the Impeachment of William Clinton, was the solidarity of the Democratic Party.  The DP delegation in the Senate voted on a straight party line.  In my opinion the absurdity of the indictment was a clear factor in allowing the DP to vote as it did.

In the hope of heading off a lawful removal of Barack Obama the Democratic National Committee has sent out an e-mail explicitly promising that the party will be be in lock step support of their leader. [LINK HERE]  Furthermore, the caucus of the GOP in the House appears to be more concerned with cooperating with the DP in order to bring home the Pork to their constituents than with doing their clearly defined duties with respect to the Constitution.  The absolute first priority is to remove Barack Obama from the office to which he is now disqualified.

There is simply no excuse for not doing so.

I will now state it in all capital letters in a bold typeface in a blockquote:

THE FIRST AND ONLY MISSION OF THE CONGRESS AT THIS TIME IS THE LAWFUL REMOVAL OF BARACK OBAMA FROM THE OFFICE OF THE PRESIDENT OF THE UNITED STATES.

 For the Congress at this time there is no other duty and no other morally valid option.  The refusal to carry out this Constitutionally mandated procedure will clearly result in the Congress being identified as willing accessories to the clearly criminal acts of Barack Obama.  As a result WE THE PEOPLE will identify as treat the Congress as a fundamental part of the problem and will include them in the solution.

That is my statement on the subject for today.

(Some reader may have already noticed  that I refused to address Barack Obama by the title of his office.  That is because he was never fit to hold the office.)

Real Problem In The Real World

Barack Obama, the stone age god-king presently occupying our White House, has declared that our nation has a problem, the inequality of income.

In reality the difference in personal incomes is the result of differences in human actions.  This includes differences in knowledge and effort for each individual.  Differences in economic income is simply a natural consequence of the differences of each person's actions in the economic sphere of action.

The desire on the part of our god-king and his followers to ignore the reality of natural differences in  actions is similar to their insistence on ignoring the changes in the planetary environment that occur as a result of natural processes.

The fact is that within living memory the state of economic equality was enforced upon a nation.

In 1975 in the wake of the fall of Saigon to the North Vietnamese Army, the Khemer Rouge, a Communist faction took power in Cambodia.  The result was nothing less than horrible.  In order to enforce a state of material equality upon their victims the KR murdered anyone anyone who had any ability above that of a peasant farmer.  They even murdered those they suspected of being able to read.  Entire families where broken up and children were ordered to murder their own parents.

By the time the NVA invaded in 1979 one third of the people of Cambodia had been directly murdered or starved to death as a result of KR policies.

For the God-King Barack Obama to obtain a similar result, to recreate the killing fields, in the United States he and his followers would have to murder roughly ninety percent of our people.

For someone to wish a massacre upon us clearly indicates his absolute unfitness to the hold the office of President of the United States.

Where Do I Stand?

Dr. Walter Williams has published a short article on Investors.co, the website of Investors Business Daily.  In this article Dr. Williams points out several instances in the 18th Century where a president had vetoed bills for charitable spending on the grounds that there was no Constitutional authority for charity.

In the current day things have changed for the worse.  Taxpayers are now expected to carry the burdens imposed by the Congress at the urgings of the mob of Lobbyists.  To refuse to to so would be an act of political suicide.  Thus John Bohener and the so-called leadership of the Republican Party have chosen to stand with the Washington Nomenklatura.  He has chosen to stand against the Tea Party, the citizens who can no longer carry the burdens that are imposed on them.

In the past many citizens went along with the program because it was expected of them.  They were taught that it was right to politically shift the burdens of life from the non-producers to the productive.  This in turn was a consequence of being educated in the Progressive Era.

But the fact is that virtually all of the spending that is declared to be entitlements is in fact simply a bribe to some voters paid for at the expense of others.  Drop the so-called entitlements from the budgets of the Federal government and of the states and the burden becomes manageable, if not actually tolerable.

 So how do I fit into this?

In October of 2013 I was barely getting by as a taxi driver in Minneapolis. In fact I had just signed up at a temporary labor service in order to work on the one day of the week that all taxi drivers were legally required to take off from driving.

But one day I went to bed and about a month later I woke up as I was being transferred from one hospital to another.  My Mother was with me for the transfer. I was not able to move and I was barely able to speak.

I had come down with pneumonia at home and had a heart attack while unconscious at the original hospital.  It had taken me another  three months to relern how to walk and speak clearly again.

I was told that it cost half a million dollars to save my life.

When I finally left the hospital I was no longer able to drive a taxi cab or perform any other proper work.  Even though I am working on writing one or more novels I am now living in public housing in Minneapolis and receiving payments for Social Security Disability.

But, as some people would point out, I should be collecting on the funds I paid into the Social Security system when i was working.  I am entitled to it.

In reality the Social Security system was set up as a Ponzi Scheme.  Current workers would pay into the system to cover the benefits paid to current retirees.  The current workers would be paid by the input made by the next generation of workers.

The scheme assumed that there be a continued rise in the working population as well as economic growth.  But population has leveled out and the insane policies of the Democratic Party and especially the Obama Administration have brought out nation to the brink of collaspe.

Now in normal politics my state of dependency of the system should have meant that I would have no choice but to vote for the continuance of it.  On this point I did actually thought of committing suicide.

Of the other hand I had decided that even though I was now dependent on the system I would work towards dismantling it.

But the current situation has opened up a possible new course for me.  Boehner and the GOP establishment's continuing appeasement of Barack Obama and the Democrats has essentially made them the junior branch of the de-facto Bipartisan Party.  To fill the gap left by this effective merger I decided to stand for the office of President of the United States.

And as I'm already living on the public dime I may as well earn it.

As had been pointed out before to run on a rational platform of spending and tax reduction would be to a professional politician and act of suicide.  My intent is to correct this.  I will also bring the Federal Government back into full compliance to the Constitution.

And if I, or a better person, do not succeed in this neither I, nor the United States of America will have a future.


(Yes, the title is a reference to an episode of Monty Python's Flying Circus.  The reference to the Bipartisan Party is a deliberate nod to the film Death Race 2000.  No, I do not intend to "score" on President Barack Obama.  I caved in the front end of my favorite car, a Mercury Tracer, by hitting a deer of half his mass on US 65 south of Albert Lea, Minnesota.)

Comparison

I will start with an image:

When I was the age of this alleged man I was a Combat Rifleman in the United States Army (MOS 11 B) stationed at Fort Benning.   I lived in the barracks in the remote Harmony Church area of the military reservation.  And I was preparing for a transfer to Germany to face the Soviet Army.

It was fully understood that the Soviet Union held international conventions protecting the rights of soldiers and civilians in war zones in absolute contempt.  I had a close friend  whose Cossack family had escaped from Russia by hijacking a ship while half a step ahead of the Bolshevik Red Army.  He asked me that if in the event I was killed in combat if he could wear my identification tags so he wouldn't be identified as being from a family that had escaped from the Soviets.  And to avoid being immediately murdered as a result.

Of course I said yes.

The old school Soviet Communists had nothing but contempt for Human Life.  They had nothing but contempt for those under their rule.

The present day Progressives still hold Humans in contempt.  But that contempt appears to us differently.  In this case the ideal man who was prepared to face an unspeakable evil is replaced by over-grown child who is to whine his parents into compliance with the whims of The Big Zero.

At least the old school Soviets were real men.
