All ten articles of the Bill Of Rights establish without question the
primacy and authority of the People over the federal government.
While over the course of the last century and a half real progress has
been made to establishing the legal equality of all persons without
regard to race or gender. The socalled Progressive movement has
negated all real progress by reversing the relationship between the
People and the governments of our nation and the states. The federal
and various state governments have assumed the role of master while the
People are condemned to the status of livestock.

Thoughts For The Day
Mark Urbin has passed this along to us:
Someone's seriously this dumb?
And we allow them to vote?
Do I have to lecture on the practicality of semiautomatic versus selective fire weapons? Or the sheer idiocy of deliberately damaging any component of a weapon?
The absolute and unpleasant fact of reality is that a serious fraction of our so called fellow citizens don't think. They've been indoctrinated by our so called education system to hold feelings as superior to facts and to pursue emotional states over rational thought.
It's not that they're stupid or ignorant, it's worse, they're willfully insane.
Because they're uneducated there's no understanding that negative actions have negative consequences. In this case that the to enact an invalid law, such as the disarmament of citizens, will cause the deaths of actually innocent people. And as during the Century of Death there' ll be no shortage of those who're willing to wrongfully run up a bodycount. All to allow a bunch of damned fools to feel good about themselves without regard to the consequences. To feel superior about themselves while standing on a pile of innocent victims.
We must recognize that warm body Democracy doesn't work. The fact's that all forms of authority are based on knowledge and political authority's no exception. But in the present system political authority is granted to any warm body without regard to their actual state of knowledge. As a result some warm bodies have traded their votes for a material object, such as an IPad or a wad of cash. Or worse they've traded their votes for the warm and fuzzy feeling of having been compassionate.
My solution to the problem is simply proper education in the obligations of citizenship.
The course would be similar to a driver education course as taught in my day. The first part of the class covers The Constitution, the proper functions of each branch of government, the function of each clause and amendment, the duties of the citizen as a member of the sovereign authority of the nation, and what's expected to happen when the Federal Government enters the failure mode.
The second part of the course covers the function and use of the instrument of political authority, the personal weapon. This covers rifle marksmanship and maintenance. Also covered is the basic organization and tactics of the citizen militia unit.
While the citizenship course won't be mandatory, completion and a passing grade will be required to exercise the authority to vote.
President Trump is only person standing between the long overdue extermination of Marxists and the Democratic Party leadership.

Dealing With Childen
Thanks again to Mark Urbin for this image:
Back during the Vietnam War there were Marxists who would set fire to buildings and then cut the hoses with an axe when the firefighters showed up to fight the fire. But now the grandchildren of those same Marxists whine about their feelings being hurt by any statement of the truth.
Too bad, bitches.
These children* wouldn't last ten seconds in infantry basic training at Fort Benning. And that's a good thing because I absolutely wouldn't trust any of these utterly pathetic wastes of matter and energy on any field of battle with my life** Seriously, if Comrade Stalin was still around these virtual morons would hand the entire planet over to him right now.
During the summer of 1976 I read a book and changed the way I saw myself and other people.
Robert A. Heinlein in his novel STARSHIP TROOPERS put forth the radical idea that adulthood was not only a physical state but a distinctly moral one as well. And while physical maturity was obvious to an objective observer the moral state was not. Given that the mentally and morally immature were not able to rationally perform the duties of citizenship he proposed to establish a system for sorting out the able from the unable. As it's impossible to compel moral maturity what's required is voluntary system to separate functional citizens from the dysfunctional losers. While Heinlein did present his system of Federal Service in altruistic terms it does allow the separation of moral dead weights, such as the losers above, from mentally and morally active people.
* And that's an insult to children.
** Furthermore the slave collar on one at the right is not a sign of rebellion but a clear sign of submission to a master and shooting both of them is an absolute waste of ammunition.

Another Step Closer To Starship Troopers
Mark Urbin has posted this report of non-sentience on his Tumbr site:
Seriously, I have to wonder how the individual overheard (and others like him, her, or it) saying this could get out of bed (at whatever time of the day) without accidentally killing themselves.
What should be known to everyone at this point in our civilization is that a laser is simply a beam of light. Nothing more. And the light emitted by a bar code scanner is actually weaker that the light emitted by a flashlight, a household light, or especially the Sun.
Seriously, The Stupid is strong with this one. In apparent fact The Stupid is so strong that the peace activist fools that provoked Robert Heinlein into writing Starship Troopers are effective geniuses in comparison.
So why did he write it?
Heinlein wrote the novel to be the part of the juvenile series of science fiction novels published by Scribners and as a response to pro-Soviet peace activism. In the novel a young man grows from a naive high school student to a junior officer in the army. The narrative of the novel also serves as the framework for a series of lectures about the nature of man, morals, war, and government. The most controversial concept in the novel is that not everyone should be allowed to vote. In the place of universal suffrage Heinlein proposed the idea that the legal status of Citizen, who is a member of the sovereign class of the nation with the authority to vote, has to be earned.
Then as now there were people who clearly didn’t understand the concept of government. Then as now there were those who sought to exploit the ignorance of the mere voter in order to obtain political power. And worse to obtain power without restraint. Heinlein had proposed the idea of earning the sovereign franchise as a filtering mechanism to prevent obvious fools--such as peace activists--from influencing government.
The idea of the restricted franchise is not new. In the Polis of Athens the franchise was restricted to property owning members of the tribe but there was no legal restraint on the state. As history had shown this led to dysfunctions such as legal murder of Socrates.
It was not enough to restrict the powers of government but to restrict who could actually participate in the process of governing. In effect to idiot-proof the system.
So is it actually necessary to fully implement the system that Heinlein proposed?
The fact is that all forms of authority are based on knowledge and political authority is no exception. But in the present system political authority is granted to any warm body without regard to their the actual state of knowledge. As a result some warm bodies have traded their votes for a material object such as an IPad or a wad of cash. Or worse they have traded their votes for the warm and fuzzy feeling of having been compassionate.
The result is out present state of our nation. Those who lack knowledge or simple concern for consequences should not have authority over another person, let alone the fate of a nation.
My solution to the problem is simply proper education in the obligations of citizenship.
The course would be similar to a driver education course as presently taught. An Idea
I'll start by showing two photos I took with the laptop camera.

I regret that the photos were taken under less than ideal conditions but the rust spots are visible.
The photos are of a magazine for a Norinco AK-47 chambered in the 5.56 x 45 mm NATO cartridge. I purchased the weapon and magazines while preparing for an insurrection during the Clinton Administration. I could have bought a standard AK-47 but chose this particular weapon because if I lived long enough I could use captured ammunition without changing to a captured M16 series weapon. As a result of my experience in the US Army I was not a fan of the M16A1 or any related weapon.
So how did this magazine come to be in such an awful condition?
Two years ago I was a cab driver struggling to make enough to cover the extortion payments levied by our so-called state and federal governments. I went to bed and about a month later I was hospitalized for pneumonia and had a heart attack resulting in anoxia and brain damage. I was not expected to live. At this time my mother and one of my brothers cleared out my apartment. One of the things that happened during this process was that my business records for driving a cab were thrown out. Fortunately my mother took my weapons into storage at her home. But the brother took the web gear with loaded magazines and stored them in his garage. As a result the web gear became moldy and the magazines rusted.
A real citizen should have known better than to do this.
I was beyond the state of anger when I saw the magazines. My brother had acted out of ignorance, as if he were a dog that had defecated on a valuable antique rug.
One of the facts of the matter was that I had not read in any member of my family on the full extent of my political activities including my connection to the Special Forces Underground and The Resister. But allowing rifle magazines to rust is simply inexcusable.
One of the ideas that has been rattling about in the remnant of my brain is that a mere warm body should not exercise political authority. I acquired this thought from reading Starship Troopers by Robert A. Heinlein about a decade before picking up anything written by Ayn Rand. The fact is that all forms of authority are based on knowledge and political authority is no exception.
But in the present system political authority is granted to any warm body without regard to their the actual state of knowledge. Heinlein's proposed solution to the problem is relatively easy to look up for yourself. Or you can purchase a copy of Starship Troopers from Ace Books.

Thought For The Day
The result of universal suffrage is that we universally suffer.
When the franchise was limited to property owners it was because PR's had what used to be called skin in the game. Or to put it another way: There's no benefit to robbing Peter to bribe Paul if Paul doesn't have the vote.
Whenever a walking brain death case receives an I-Phone or other bribe for a vote it negates the ballot of someone who put proper thought into the results of their decision as a citizen. The non-thinking individual who responds to perceptual stimuli negates the citizen who thought about the consequences of their decision.
Who are THE PEOPLE and how do we separate ourselves from the mindless masses?
