A Letter To The Mayor Of Minneapolis

Your Honor,

Since I moved into the Parker Skyview building in early November I have been subjected to overwhelming noise emitted from the adjacent apartment. I have repeatedly called the police to intervene to no practical effect. As of Christmas Eve I was notified by the watch commander at the Second Precinct that they will no longer respond to my complaints about the noise issue.

Are we now living in a state of anarchy?

An Answer

During a discussion on gun control Harry Binswanger raised the following question:

If the majority wants a certain government, how is the minority going to defeat them with guns? The majority will have more guns.

That's a good and necessary question.

If all it took to construct a building was to stack stones upon each other there would be no science of architecture and no point in writing The Fountainhead.

If all it took to fight a war was to use brute force without rational input there would be no science of warfare or any such thing as a military organization.

If all factors were equal in warfare then a simple majority of combatants would win every time. But in reality all factors are never equal. Thus the purpose of military science is to identify the factors that favor one side or the other and use or negate those factors to one’s advantage.

A book that covers this process is The Myth Of The Great War by John Mosier. In this work the author explains how the Central Powers managed to avoid defeat until the American entry into the WW1 even though they were outnumbered by the Allies.

Mosier also covers the role of the active mind in warfare:

Now I must also point out that as long as one free to communicate then one is free to persuade members of a political majority that they have made an error.

And of course not everyone who votes for a state of tyranny, particularly if they've been bribed into it, is going to put their lives on the line for it. Right?

Well why didn't he just say so? Would it be too clear?

Those of us who treat reality as being real learned a hard lesson back in the Twentieth Century. It was believed by many the when Hitler spoke of clearing the Jews from Europe that he was speaking metaphorically. It was when the Allied armies liberated the death camps that we discovered that Hitler was speaking literally.

To us who are not under the influence of Kant and in fact value our lives, a call for an act of murder has to be taken literally. There is simply no other morally valid option.

Having been outed as a would be murderer Loomis then backtracks and says he would settle for an act of tyranny. That he would settle for Wayne LaPierre to be imprisoned for life.

Punishing a man for an act he did not commit is unjust. Imprisoning a man for speaking the truth is tyrannical. Disarming the citizens -- who are the sovereign authority of the nation -- is treason.

To say anything more would require the extensive use of barracks language.

After I posted an article on my blog explaining why a citizen needs to armed someone named Stephen Paul sent a very long and complete waste of text into my e-mail box via Google Plus.

In his waste of text -- I won't dignify it by calling it a rant or a keyboard dropping, nor will I quote any part of it even with the obscenities along with the racial and sexual preference slurs deleted -- he declared that I was a non-sentient animal who had no political authority as a citizen and no right to be armed.

I managed to boil down his message to the essential point in about one percent of the verbiage.

So what of it? If I am a mindless animal who is under the control of a master, why send me a message? If I'm not thinking for myself I certainly won't examine my own beliefs based on the mass of unnecessary verbiage and expletives that was transmitted.
Nor will I be impressed by his command of obscenities.

Instead of being positively impressed by this display of mental posturing I would have to come to the conclusion that Stephen Paul is an idiot.

I in turn reported his message to Google Plus as an example for hate speech.

What we have here is a solution to the problem that is simple and obvious. Except of course to those who are mentally stuck in the Kantian reality-is-unreal paradigm. But the Founders of the American Republic were not anticipating the presence of lunatics and Muslims running around and slaughtering children.

Why did they write in a right to bear arms in the Constitution?

My answer to the question is simply this: WE THE PEOPLE are the sovereign authority of the United States of America.

There are several natural consequences of the political primacy of the citizen. I'll just cover the first two here:

Amendment I

Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.

Amendment II

A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed.

First, the citizen as the sovereign authority must be free to examine the facts for himself and communicate his conclusions to his fellow citizens. He cannot be compelled to believe a falsehood and therefore act on it.

Second, the citizen as the sovereign authority must possess the physical instrument of political authority and be prepared to use it. The ballot that is cast by the citizen, like the paper currency in common use, must be backed by a physical value.

The government must be subordinate to the sovereign authority, the citizens of the nation. And citizens must have the knowledge and the means to enforce their authority.

Contrary to what the practicing Kantians want us to believe, the first four words of the Second Amendment does not constitute a license to disarm the citizens and render them helpless in the face of a supreme state. It means that the citizens must be armed, trained, and organized to enforce their authority upon the government.

Now no rational person wants a civil war in our nation, but if the government would simply comply with the Constitution it wouldn't be necessary.

A Larger Problem

On Friday I posted a response on my blog to the religious ravings of former Arkansas governor Mike Huckabee. The link to the initial response is here.

At the time I was focused on Huckabee's commitment to theism. I missed the larger problem. This problem is simply contempt for the rights of the individual.

Life is the fundamental moral value. But to live in human mode of life does not mean mere physical existence. The human way of life requires conscious rational control of it. Freedom is the next step in the hierarchy of moral values. Because violence against men can only be stopped by force it becomes necessary to establish the institution of government to place the use of force under rational control.

We the People of the United States, in Order to form a more perfect Union, establish Justice, insure domestic Tranquility, provide for the common defence, promote the general Welfare, and secure the Blessings of Liberty to ourselves and our Posterity, do ordain and establish this Constitution for the United States of America.

"We the People," not God, or Der Volk, et cetera, are the sovereign authority on whose behalf the government is established. With those three words the primacy of the citizen over the government is established.

The primacy of the citizen over the government required the right to speak and publish the facts and the right of the citizen to bear arms. As a result we also gained freedom from a religion being imposed on us, and a rational system of justice.

So far, so good. But from the very first day others, out of a desire for material or spiritual benefit, sought to overturn the primacy of the citizen in favor of the dominance of the state.

The desire for material benefit led to the Dred Scott decision, in which the citizens of the free states of the union were stripped of their authority to ban the practice of slavery in their own home states. This set the stage for the Civil War.

The desire for spiritual benefit (or the warm fuzzy feeling of the same) led to Prohibition. In this case the citizens were stripped of their right to decide to consume or not consume alcohol and were effectively reduced to the status of cattle under state control. Defiance and contempt for the rule of law became the order of the day and another result was the vast growth of organized crime.

But the worst was yet to come.

Combining both a desire for both material gain and spiritual dominance came the self-styled Progressives. Although there was some lining of the pockets on the part of the Progressives their primary goal was political control. Political looting was simply a means of buying the votes of the corrupted voters.¹

Even before the onset of Prohibition the Progressives had gained control of the public schools and had replaced education for citizenship as the sovereign authority with John Dewey's plan for programming children to morally devalue themselves and to be drones in the Progressive collective.²

Huckabee, in calling for the return of religious indoctrination to the public schools is not advocating an valid alternative to the inherent nihilism of Progressive programming. But simply wishes to replace blind obedience to the collective with blind obedience to God.³ In doing so he has accepted the fundamental Progressive premise and is facilitating their program. He is not upholding life as a moral value but is instead taking part in the destruction of the rational way of life.

And if Huckabee is going to claim that we as humans must obey God regardless of the consequences he may as well go all the way and convert to Islam.

But then Huckabee isn't the religious conservative idiot to facilitate the goals of the Left.⁴

Former Arkansas governor Mike Huckabee attributed the mass shooting at Sandy Hook Elementary School in part to restrictions on school prayer and religious materials in the classroom.

"We ask why there is violence in our schools, but we have systematically removed God from our schools," Huckabee said on Fox News, discussing the murder spree that took the lives of 20 children and 6 adults in Newtown, CT that morning. "Should we be so surprised that schools would become a place of carnage?"

Law enforcement has released few details on the alleged gunman, but Huckabee suggested that the separation of church and state may have spurred his rampage.

"[W]e've made it a place where we don't want to talk about eternity, life, what responsibility means, accountability -- that we're not just going to have be accountable to the police if they catch us, but one day we stand before, you know, a holy God in judgment," Huckabee said. "If we don't believe that, then we don't fear that."

He said those suffering from a crisis from faith should look to God in the community's response to the violence. But he added that "Maybe we ought to let [God] in on the front end and we wouldn't have to call him to show up when it's all said and done at the back end."

Nothing. At. All.

I simply have no reason to believe in the existence of God.

In the Collectivist dogma presently taught in the public schools a person had no rights because that person belonged to the collective. One could actually see a mob of looters and be seduced by the promise of real loot.

According to religious dogma you are the property of God and must obey him. You are not allowed to make moral decisions on your own. Regardless of the actual facts of reality.

But what do religious conservatives offer as a reward for obedience?

NOTHING.

In fact religion does not teach us anything about reality and how to live in it. Religion is pure nonsense.

An Icon For Altruism

While going through some old stuff after I moved into another apartment I found a hard copy of a draft of my obituary for Diana Spencer, The Princess of Wales. This was intended for publication in THE RESISTER, but the editor Sergeant First Class Steven Barry of the Third Special Forces Group, rewrote it and in doing so completely dropped the basic premise and even got her maiden name wrong.

Needless to say after this I stopped writing for THE RESISTER.

DIANA: A Wasted Life [The revision so far]

One of the things I do for my own selfish pleasure is to take a sketchbook and a drafting pencil and draw. For the last fifteen years the second favorite subject of my work was the late Princess of Wales. So when Andrew Morton’s biography of Diana was originally published I purchased a copy. It took me four months to work up the nerve to finish the first chapter. I did not (and no rational egoist would) enjoy the spectacle of seeing a soul being crushed by a band of witch doctors. (When I first read this my thought was. “If this is how the ruling class educates their children then it’s no wonder that England is rapidly becoming a third world country.”)

To properly become an adult, a child must gain moral knowledge, to know what human life is and how to live it. What Diana received as a child was close to pure poison. Her parents sent her to a boarding school. The Church of England’s version of a Dewey Camp. Here she was pounded with the doctrines that selflessness was the moral ideal. That sacrifice and obedience were virtues. That independent judgement was evil. And that her mind was impotent to deal with material existence. Her mind thus mangled , it should have been no surprise that her life was mangled as well.

Diana became a Second Hander, someone who avoids moral judgement and is dependent on others for guidance. To avoid judgement is to suspend consciousness. It is to effectively shut down the mind and enter the mental equivalent of a state of death. It should not be a surprise that Diana would shortly become physically dead.

Diana was told that the royal family was the pinnacle of civilized existence. A rational person would have seen the royals as a useless remnant of a barbaric tradition, and that the monarch had become nothing more than ta hand puppet for the ruling party. No sane woman would condemn her children to such a fate.

During her engagement Diana discovered that her fiancee was a pragmatist who had an active sexual affair with an already married woman and who had no intention of breaking off the affair. A rational woman would have dumped the sniveling piece of hominid garbage on the spot. Diana asked her sisters for advice and was told to go through with the marriage out of duty.

All a rational woman had to avoid the aforementioned horrors was simply to say: “No. This is wrong. I won’t do it.” To do so requires a valid knowledge of moral standards, and for her to know that she was right to exercise moral judgement. It is not enough to know that there is an alternative to a particular course of action. One must know that the alternative is correct.

SFC Barry radically cut down the text to basically call her a drunken slut. As I said, I stopped writing for his publication.

Why does the Left openly support Islam?

Both Islam and Marxism were concocted by the uberparasites of their times, Karl the First Trustifarian and the Big Moh'. Both doctrines must deny the Right to Life -- and thus the subsidiary Rights of Liberty, Property, Free Speech, Et Cetera -- of all persons. Both ideologies must do so in order to establish and maintain the reign of terror and death, in order to control and exploit the productive population, that their parasitic adherents need to sustain their otherwise useless lives. The Philadelphia GOP is reporting that court appointed Minority (read GOP) Inspectors are being thrown out of polling locations in several Wards.

These Inspectors are election officials - again, court appointed -- and are reportedly being thrown out by the Head Judges of Elections (these Judges are elected Democrats) and being replaced by Democrats.

Also in Philadelphia the Black Panthers are positioned at polling places as they were in 2008.

There’s a disturbing report coming out of Philadelphia, as it’s been confirmed that New Black Panthers are, once again, outside of a polling place — the same location they stood at, batons in hand, back in 2008 (the address is 12 and Fairmount, Ward 14).

TheBlaze originally received the following image of one of one alleged Panthers outside of the station via e-mail this morning, then FOX News confirmed their presence in a subsequent report with video.

And propagandist Michael Moore and other Democrats are whining about his party not being allowed to cheat.

The Democratic Party has all of the credibility and respect for the citizens shown by the Communist Party of the Soviet Union.

It remains a mystery who left the nails in the parking lot, but it is just one more assault in a chain of attacks, likely incited by the left against Wisconsin conservatives who are openly expressing their views and gathering exercise their right to speak and assemble freely.

I did eject a woman from my cab once. She was being excessively rude. I brought her back to the bar where I made the pick up.

As the story points out most of the offenders have received less than a decade in prison sentences for their crimes. This is also inexcusable.

To commit the act of rape is to behave as a predatory animal. Those who choose to act as predatory animals should be identified and treated as such. The penalty for forcible and statutory rape should be nothing less than death.

But then, unlike some whim worshipping trash I used to know, I actually value life in the real world.

Atlas Shrugged Part Two

My lack of God, what a mess.

The trailer was better then the film as a whole.

Where shall I begin?

Starting with the air chase and then flashing back to the beginning was clearly a mistake. The thing is I used the same start for a screenplay that I was working on. Darn.

Taking some liberties is a necessity on an adaptation to film. Having Jeff Allen already working for the railroad worked. The following changes would have also worked:

Thompson as President of the United States. Granted, like the current occupant of the office, he doesn't deserve the title. But using the proper title would have added an element of realism.

The Winston Tunnel Accident clearly needed changes. The last steam locomotive was taken out of commercial service in 1957. A switch failure was shown as a factor in the accident. This would have been a sufficient cause for the disaster.

Apparently the current occupant of the White House believes that an honest discourse on the subject of Mohammad constitutes slander.

Contrary to what the current occupant of the White House may believe he is not a monarch and my not determine what the citizens of this (or any other) nation may discuss in public. In reality the Citizens of the United States are the sovereign authority. Progress Report

On my current novel.

I changed the scene breaks into chapter breaks. As a result what were three chapters are now seven chapters.

I finished chapter eight.

I'm now 138 words into chapter nine.

The system primary, the star around which everything orbited, gave off a red tinted light of variable brightness. It was the kind of light that hack writers on the mother planet who were very short on personal funds would write extremely long paragraphs on their extremely old manual typewriters in order to explain the effects of it on the landscape.

This may actually be my rant of the year.

To make a reply to this individual would be a useless gesture.

Right-wingers have long been fascinated by Ayn Rand, the mid-century pop philosopher who defined moral behavior as doing whatever will make you, the individual, happy, and opposed any government intervention in the economy or charitable giving. Based on her economic beliefs, you can understand why, for example, Rep. Paul Ryan makes each of his staff members read her most famous novel Atlas Shrugged. But shouldn't it bother some of these right-wingers that she was, to use their own language, a "radical atheist," too?

Ryan, a Catholic, was confronted on this rather obvious friction last Friday, as he was leaving notorious GOP grifter Ralph Reed's Faith and Freedom Conference in Washington D.C. A young man supposedly representing a religious organization concerned with promoting economic justice — just like in the old days! — caught up with Ryan as he made his way through the hallway. He introduced himself as a Catholic and began hurling questions to Ryan about why he supports the economically immoral cult of atheist Ayn Rand. He offers Ryan a Bible and suggests he pay more attention to Luke!

This comes less than a month after 75 Catholic professors sent a scolding letter to Speaker John Boehner, a Catholic, for pushing a harsh budgetary agenda which they see as violating their religious principles.

All we're trying to do is give a "heads up" to those policymakers who run their mouths about being devout Catholics while simultaneously promoting Randian economics: Get your canned responses ready, because people are starting to notice.

One cannot rationally argue with someone on a matter of faith. To do so is clearly an act of futility. One may as well attempt to practice medicine on the dead,

What I can do is to explain, to other rational people, why I cannot submit to this load of mental excrement.

Let's begin with the basics.

A IS A.

On the epistemological level this means that regardless of what someone wishes to believe that THE TRUTH IS THE TRUTH.

This means that the TRUTH cannot be changed or otherwise negated. No matter how many times a lie is repeated or how many guns are shoved into into a person’s face or even how many people are actually murdered in order to enforce a lie.

But any smug Catholic such as the one I quoted above would claim that he is only following the commands of God when he is unleashing force upon us to comply with the will of God.

Whose commands?

At no time in the fifty one years of my life have I ever come into physical or visual contact with God. I have never EVER received a message from God. No phone calls. No letters or other junk mail through the U.S. Postal Service. Not even an e-mail from god@god.god, even though he should be able to get something through the spam filter.

Nothing. At. All.

I simply have no reason to believe in the existence of God.

As a consequence I have to treat any demand that I obey God as so much nonsensical noise.

But does not stop numerous individuals from claiming to speak for God and demanding obedience to his will on his behalf. Nor does it stop these individuals from writing numerous books outlining those claims and their demands for obedience.

The issue is, again, that there is no objectively verifiable evidence for the existence of this being.

But, say the Theists, God created Heaven and the Earth, therefore he must exist and therefore we (meaning YOU) must obey him.

Really?

(I regret to say that I do not have access to my personal library and it has been some time since I have read the relevant works. My answer to the aforementioned nonsense may be the reverse of Rand’s answer to it. And I will not be able to place the correct citations in this article. Please bear with me on this.)

It is claimed by Theists that God, as his first miracle, created the Earth, and by implication the rest of the Universe, Ex Nihilo. Literally out of nothing. And that there was nothing in existence before the Universe was created by God.

Nothing at all?

Theists often claim that God was the original conscious being. But in order to be conscious one must be conscious of something.

A consciousness that is conscious of nothing is a contradiction in terms.

Therefore there must always be something in existence.¹

Existence has to exist.

But some theists also claim that God is omnipotent. That he can do anything and is not limited by the laws of nature.

Really?

Existence is identity. To be is to be something in particular.

An omnipotent being is NOTHING in particular. Which is to say, it is nothing at all.

But let’s look at the practical effects of omnipotence.

An omnipotent being should not have ANY unfulfilled needs or desires. An omnipotent being should not be bored in any way. Furthermore, an omnipotent being should not any uncorrected physical or psychological flaws.

An omnipotent being should not have to create the Universe or to create Man to serve him.

If God exists, then we should not exist.

And by we I mean a physical and conscious being who carries out his own action by his own decisions.

If God, the omnipotent being exists, then Man cannot direct his own actions by his own free will. A man cannot even decide to
submit or not submit to the will of someone who claims to speak on behalf of God.²

But all of the above does not prevent theists from making their most absurd claim yet.

That each of us has an immortal soul. If we obey God then the soul will be eternally rewarded by being allowed to enter Heaven.³ And if we do not obey God then we will eternally punished by being sent to Hell.⁴

Never mind that there is no evidence that the mind can be separated from the body and preserved in some fashion.

Theists are not simply doing this to be sadistic.

As a class the clergy are not productive members of a society. In order to exist they need the material support of those in their domain. They also need to feel that they can continue to rely on the support their victims.

In short they need wealth and power.

The history of organized religion is the history of robbery by fraud and the murder of those who rightfully refuse to obey and materially support the self appointed speakers for God.

And if the Judeo-Christian version wasn’t bad enough, the perpetrator of Islam took the most evil aspects of Western Monotheism and turned them up to eleven.

In a novel that I’m writing I have a character who is thinking of what so say to the convert to Islam who was responsible for the murder of his wife and daughter:

But in Islam,‭ ‬those who submit to the obviously false god Allah,‭ ‬and obey the obviously false prophet Big Mo,‭ ‬and who in their supposedly holy names go out and conquer and abuse the unbelievers,‭ ‬will get to eternally rape a bunch of eternal victims as if they were a bunch of eternal animals in Allah’s eternal whorehouse.

Okay. I’m not nice.

The fundamental part of the scam of organized religion is the notion that God owns Man. That Man has no rights that those who enforce the will of God need to respect. And that those who refuse to obey God, as represented by the clergy, will not only be subjected to spiritual punishment but must also be subject to temporal punishment. The Founders of the American Republic understood that this would lead to sectarian violence and in the first article of amendment of The Constitution prohibited the enforcement of sectarian doctrines.

The smug Catholic such as the one I quoted above apparently does not understand this or does not care. What matters is the warm and fuzzy feeling that he receives from abusing the power of government to enforce the will of God.

And if some unbelievers have to die? Well that because they disobeyed God.

Speaking only for myself I fully believe that those who deny the Rights of Man cannot claim those same rights for themselves.

I cannot believe in the concept of God. I will not submit to those claim they are enforcing the will of God.

I will live my life by my own rational judgement. And I do not care how many priests and obedient followers I have to kill, how many places of worship I have to demolish, and how sacred texts that I have to burn to do it.

I will judge. And I will prepare to be judged.

There are basically two ways to bring this nonsense to an end:

The Totalitarian solution would be to follow the lead of Chairman Mao and arrest and summarily execute anyone anyone who was suspected of being a pusher or a user.

Just dig a few ditches and set up a few machine guns. No need to build camps with those special shower and oven facilities.

The Libertarian solution would be to stop interfering with the evolutionary process by re-legalizing the sale and use of hard drugs and letting the idiots kill themselves.

Of course that wouldn't be progressive, caring, or compassionate.

The Totalitarian solution also has the apparent virtue of allowing the Holy Total State to get rid their open critics without a constitutionally valid legal procedure.

It would not be a surprise under such circumstances to witness my former friend Doug Graen, who is now an open member of the Church of Obamatology, come forth and claim that I used Marijuana back in the late Eighties. This would be no more absurd than "her" claim that because I oppose socialist violence that I'm a totalitarian murderer.

An African American Asshole is arrested for being an asshole:

Romayne Davis surrendered at the Broward Main Jail on a single charge of unauthorized transmission and interference with a public radio station. He disrupted the soothing sounds of classical radio station 89.7 FM with the unexpected beats of rap music, according to the Broward Sheriff's Office.

Detectives launched an investigation after receiving a complaint from a listener of WKCP Classical South Florida. Instead of hearing the usual symphonies and sonatas, the station's airwaves were blaring with the sounds of rap music and "vulgar speech and lyrics," officials said.

Investigators found a warehouse on the 3000 block of Northwest 23rd Way in Oakland Park on July 12 where the illegal pirate radio station was broadcasting.

Let's see, someone comes home from their place of employment after doing a day of actual productive work, and turns on their radio with the reasonable expectation of listening to some real music made by real musicians who spent most of their lives leaning their real trade.

Only instead of listening to real music the victim is hit with a barrage of incoherent and obscene noise generated by one or more no-talent nihilists.

Under such circumstances one may be tempted to think, "rope, lamp post, asshole, some assembly required."

But some liberal twits will, of course, accuse one of being a racist for thinking such a thought. But then the idea that one should be able to live one's own life in accordance to one's own judgement is such an alien idea to a liberal that is may as well come from the planet Mars.

Liberal's are, after all, nothing more than a bunch of parasites themselves. Without the capacity to force their will upon us, through the police agencies, they would shrivel up and die. So in order to live at our expense they have to teach their victims to accept the state of submission, regardless of the consequences.

So it should not be a surprise that this asshole acted to emulate his liberal masters and impose his will on some radio listeners.

Now of course I wouldn't be surprised if the asshole formerly known as Doug Graen wanders in and accuses me of being a hypocrite. Pay absolutely no attention to the Glock 36 pistol and the concealed carry permit the "she" carries while openly supporting the present occupant of the White House and his agenda of disarming, subjugating, and plundering the productive people of this nation.

Is it hypocrisy when the choice to make me a dependent of the welfare state was made by my mother while I was laying unconscious on a hospital bed? And if Doug actually thought about it (Thought! What an alien concept!) "she" would see that suicide is not a solution to the ethical problem that I found myself in. It would only leave a larger mess for someone else to clean up.

Leaving the ethical hole that I'm in is not impossible. And I will do it.

But returning to the subject of this rant, I did give some thought to writing on the subject of the noise commonly known as "Rap." And I came to the conclusion at the time that it wasn't worth the effort.

I did perform some research on the subject. I found a a video, for something called "Ice, Ice, Baby," on You Tube by a soulless no-talent nobody from South Florida who adopted the trade name of "Vanilla Ice."

I listened it it for 42 seconds before shutting it off. Seriously, Yoko Ono has more talent than this moron. I would rather listen to one of her albums (from the late Sixties or early Seventies on the Apple Records label) than be further subjected to the noise generated by a rapper.

This moron starts off by literally ripping off the bass riff from the beginning of the Queen/David Bowie song "Under Pressure."

Literally.

He apparently couldn't be bothered to actually hire someone to play the bass riff. I suppose that would actually require someone with actual talent to perform the act.

And then the moron walks onto screen wearing an absurd costume and an absurd haircut.

Why?

I suppose because someone told him that the image that he projected was cool. Whereas anyone with functioning neurons in their head would laugh their ass off or shake their heads in disbelief at the image of this moron.

And then this moron opens his mouth.

This moron drones on in a monotone voice about how wonderful he is. He is followed by his entourage who also mumble about how wonderful he is.

At this point I shut off the video.

To flush away the mental residue of that talentless nothing I repeatedly played a live concert video of a band with actual talent.

These gentlemen perform with actual power and passion. They actually work at it.

And there's a reason that you way not recognize the instrument that guitarist Brian May is playing. It's because he designed and built it himself.

That takes real talent and effort.

Gosh What A Surprise

KGO-TV in San Francisco has the following story:

SAN FRANCISCO (KGO) -- The San Francisco bicyclist accused of running over and killing an elderly pedestrian was back in court today.

36-year-old Chris Bucchere is charged with felony vehicular manslaughter for allegedly running a red light last March at Castro and Market Streets.

The district attorney says Bucchere was speeding and made no attempt to stop when he struck 71-year- old Sutchi Hui. The prosecutor rejected a request by Bucchere's lawyer to exempt him from appearing personally in court.

"This is a form of a homicide. An innocent man who was crossing the street is no longer with us. The inconvenience it may cause Mr. Bucchere is irrelevant to me. He should be at every single court appearance for something so serious," San Francisco Asst. District Attorney Omid Talai said.

Talai says he has not decided what kind of punishment Bucchere should face if he is found guilty.

This sort of behaviour ended with the Age of Kings. Back when royalty and the the rest of the aristocratic class could do anything they wanted to the peasants.

Part of the point of creating a constitutional republic is so we can be free of such lethal abuse by those who feel themselves to be superior.

How dare that peasant act like a Republican who has an equal right to cross the street?

And why should I not be at all surprised that this would happen in San Francisco, a major center of the Leftist Aristocracy?

For the second time someone tried to post a reply to the previous article on my Live Journal page.

This so-called reply was a link to a You Tube video. In both cases I deleted the reply without viewing the video.

Here are the house rules for replying on my blogs.

1. Use text in Standard English. English is now the world standard for international communication. If you cannot make a statement in English you may as well give up and take a suicide pill.

2. If you post a link to video it is very likely that I will not bother to watch it and I will proceed to delete it. If the video is not in English I will automatically delete the post.

3. As far as I'm concerned there is no valid argument for evil. I will not waste any time on such noise. All posts that attempt to argue in favor of a toxic ideology, such as Islam, National Socialism, Communism, or Obamatology, will be automatically deleted.

There was a time when I used to respond to nonsense like this by writing several paragraphs of flames. I've learned the hard way that such responses, especially to morons, generally don't work.

Somehow the moron that is being quoted above has taken offense at the idea that good people should be depicted as behaving like good people.

Oh, and that evil people should be identified and dealt with as evil people. I personally don't see anything wrong with loathing someone for adhering to an evil ideology. If Greater Germany were still under the rule of the National Socialist German Workers Party, I would have the same problem with them as I have with Iran under Islam.
