Defeat Of The Will

Twenty five years ago when I was but a naive libertarian a friend of mine stole (Yes, he committed an actual act of theft) a VHS copy of the film Triumph Of The Will from a local neo-Nazi. It was a display of soulless conformity to the will of the leader. It was a display of the power of Adolf Hitler.

There was no other message and It literally put me to sleep.

On Sunday it was a clear and sunny morning when I went down to the Veterans Memorial in Saint Paul. There were about a hundred people gathered in support of the Million Veteran March in Washington. An unmarked camera crew from a local TV station was briefly present. There was a general invitation for participants in the rally to speak. And I made a mental note to bring a prepared speech next time.

It was upon returning to my home I was astounded by the images and videos from the veterans march in Washington. This demonstration was the open display of disobedience to the will of Barack Obama.

It was the defeat of the will and the power of Barack Obama.

Now, does the President of the United States have the authority to shut the public out of public spaces?

I don't know at the moment but an argument in favor of doing so on the basis of public safety falls a bit flat when the cost of doing so is greater that the cost of properly manning the sites.

Dealing With Deities

I’ll begin with a question.  How many lies will a common liberal believe?  The answer is all of them.

How does one obtain power over others without open force?  The answer is fraud.  To offer a non value in exchange for a value.

A fictional example that recently came to mind was a scene from the 1982 film Conan The Barbarian.  In this scene the priest-king Thulsa Doom offers his followers “infinity.”  But in reality infinity is simply the absence of a defined value.  Thulsa Doom is offering his followers literally nothing.

So what does the god-king Obama demand from us and offer in exchange?

Obama demands obedience and the products of our thought and labor.  In exchange he allows us to exist as mere biological organisms without control over our own lives.  As if we were mere animals.  But life without liberty is not a value. 

Obama offers us nothing for his power over us.  He has no power but that with we grant to him.

Barack Obama is not a value to the citizens of this nation.  One way or another he will learn this.

We, the truly rational, tolerate the long and drawn out appeals process for death penalty cases, as frustrating as it is, because in we want to be certain that we will not put an innocent person to death. The self appointed masters, when they are in absolute power, simply don't care.

The fact of the matter is that the only crime to those who value power is simple disobedience. Ti perceive and think as a proper rational person is fundamentally toxic to the masters. And reason must be suppressed by any means necessary.

We the living believe in justice. The masters on the other hand, don't care how high the pile of human corpses is as long as they are firmly seated on top.

I have a message for Barack Obama the fool who is visibly upset at the fact that we won't blindly submit to his whims.

Get over it.

Sure, you claimed to won two presidential elections by a majority of the votes cast. (After all, you are a Illinois Democrat)

So what?

An election in a constitutional republic is a process of hiring someone to perform a constitutionally defined task. It is not a mystical collectivist ritual for the anointment of a stone age god-king. We do not believe in The Leader Principle. We do not believe that the stone age god-king that you have become is in any way the embodiment of a collective will. And we certainly do not believe that we are in any way subject to what is in fact your personal whim. We are not and never will be a living prop in your ideological fantasy. We will not bind ourselves with the chains that you offer us. And we will never embark on the path that always leads to the anonymous ditch outside of a town.

What you are is a believer in what Ayn Rand used to call the Primacy of Consciousness, a belief that reality is not inherently real but is in some way alterable by a ruling consciousness. In your case, the Collective, which in many versions of Socialist doctrine has a distinct consciousness of its own. Some Leftists have gone as far as to claim that the individual perception of actual reality, which invariably contradicts the doctrines of the collectivists, is a form of false consciousness.

This explains why the Left has made the effort to gain control of the Mainstream Media, and why they insist on "shaping opinion" instead of simply reporting the facts. Your supporters in the media are through the deliberate issuance of falsehoods trying to alter reality. But reality is inherently real. Facts are facts. Or to put it in the simplest terms: A is A.

The number of votes you received (or in the Chicago system, claimed to received) doesn't change the fact that you are wrong. Might (or in the Chicago system, the appearance of might) is not right.

You are about to learn in the worst way that reality is not subject to a majority vote.

Rumor Control

While reading comments on other sites I found a rumor that the Obamacare bill included the jitza. The blackmail payment imposed on rational people for properly refusing to convert to Islam. I don't know if this rumor is true but I wouldn't be surprised that the Big Zero would try to put it past us.

I will treat this as a rumor until further notice.
