As a pizza
delivery driver I've found that as a rule children, Blacks, and overt
Democrats (identified by the yard signs) don't tip. And some of them
will go out of their way to be nasty about it. The worst case was when a
black man wearing a MLK tee shirt had me wait outside during a pouring
thunderstorm as he counted out every last penny and not one cent more.
