I'm Repeating Myself

What we need to get through our collective skulls right now is the fact that the age of politics as usual is over.  No more compromise, no more deals. no more bipartisanship.

There must be a radical clean up of the mess that the Left has created. The partisans of socialism must be systematically removed from our public institutions. And if we are to have a future as the core nation of our civilization we must make a special effort to clean out the Augean Stables that our educational establishment has become under the tutelage of the Left.

And we must with volume and clarity tell the spoiled brats who imagine themselves to be the heirs of Marx and Lenin to grow up or get out.  Of course, if those idiots would just die, it would be nice too.  At this point it wouldn't be nice.  It would be absolutely necessary.

If you want to predict what will be said by the Democratic Party and their media prostitutes, all you have to do is take any statement by an old school Nation Socialist, cross out the word "Jew" and write in the words "Gun Owner."  That's how depraved and predictable they have become.

Triggerring Lefties

Inherent in all Socialist doctrines and public statements is the implicit premise that the non-socialist is a mindless or soulless animal without rights and should be treated as such by the ideal socialist state.  If there is anyone who has a right to be offended at such public utterances it is the victims of Socialism.

Of course the Socialist Twit is going to be offended when the truth is spoken. Socialism is in practice the destruction of persons and entire societies as a whole. Socialist doctrines are the lies that the socialist must tell himself in order to avoid the self realization that he is in fact a thief and a murderer. 

Of course the truth is going to hurt their feelings. So what?

And  the socialist is not bothered when a Politically Correct Moron like Alec Baldwin publicly incites a mob to murder elected officials and their families because said officials appear to be complying with the supreme law to which they are subject.  The Socialist apparently sees this as normal and acceptable behavior.  But because they cannot or will not believe that there is a higher standard of personal and political behavior they will freak out every time they see a bunch of farmers get together for some target practice because they fear this is the mob will come after them.

Give me a break.

We will not be silent and to shut up for them.

In order to live each man require accurate information in order to make correct moral decisions. Valid knowledge is like food and oxygen, a necessary requirement of human life.  Because the range of the senses of each individual is limited men have through verbal and later written communication extended the range of their own senses.  This effectively improves their own prospects for survival.

Societies that value knowledge will generally tend to be more economically and technologically advanced than those societies that devalue knowledge.  If we treat our own right to life as sacred then we must treat the Truth as nothing less than sacred.  Those who demand that we ignore the Truth or would forcibly prevent us from learning the Truth should be treated as nothing less than Enemies of Mankind in General, to be dealt will as wolves are.

That is my rant for today.

So what is the system Heinlein in his novel Starship Troopers?

Heinlein wrote the novel to be the part of the juvenile series of science fiction novels published by Scribners and as a response to pro-Soviet peace activism. In the novel a young man grows from a naive high school student to a junior officer in the army. The narrative of the novel also serves as the framework for a series of lectures about the nature of man, morals, war, and government. The most controversial concept in the novel is that not everyone should be allowed to vote. In the place of universal suffrage Heinlein proposed the idea that the legal status of Citizen, who is a member of the sovereign class of the nation with the authority to vote, has to be earned.

Then as now there were people who clearly didn’t understand the concept of government. Then as now there were those who sought to exploit the ignorance of the mere voter in order to obtain political power. And worse to obtain power without restraint.  Heinlein had proposed the idea of earning the sovereign franchise as a filtering mechanism to prevent obvious fools--such as peace activists--from influencing government.

The idea of the restricted franchise is not new. In the Polis of Athens the franchise was restricted to property owning members of the tribe but there was no legal restraint on the state. As history had shown this led to dysfunctions such as legal murder of Socrates.

It was not enough to restrict the powers of government but to restrict who could actually participate in the process of governing.  In effect to idiot-proof the system.

So is it actually necessary to fully implement the system that Heinlein proposed?

The fact is that all forms of authority are based on knowledge and political authority is no exception.  But in the present system political authority is granted to any warm body without regard to their the actual state of knowledge. As a result some warm bodies have traded their votes for a material object such as an IPad or a wad of cash. Or worse they have traded their votes for the warm and fuzzy feeling of having been compassionate.

The result is out present state of our nation. Those who lack knowledge or simple concern for consequences should not have authority over another person, let alone the fate of a nation.

My solution to the problem is simply proper education in the obligations of citizenship.

The course would be similar to a driver education course as presently taught. The first part of the class covers The Constitution, the proper functions of each branch of government, the function of each clause and amendment, the duties of the citizen as a member of the sovereign authority of the nation, and what is expected to happen when the Federal Government enters the failure mode.

The second part of the course covers the function and use of the instrument of political authority, the personal weapon. This covers rifle marksmanship and maintenance. Also covered is the basic organization and tactics of the citizen militia unit.

While the citizenship course will not be mandatory, completion and a passing grade will be required to exercise the authority to vote.

From Article I, Section 9 of the United States Constitution:

No title of nobility shall be granted by the United States: and no person holding any office of profit or trust under them, shall, without the consent of the Congress, accept of any present, emolument, office, or title, of any kind whatever, from any king, prince, or foreign state.

Although no formal title of nobility has been formally granted to Homosexuals by the Federal Government, an effect of noble status now empowers members of that class.  That of having a privilege that overrides the Constitutionally guaranteed Freedoms of Association and Religion. 
The so-called Gay Rights, which are in fact a body of privileges, elevate Homosexuals to a superior legal status over non-Homosexuals and negate their rights.  The superior legal status of Homosexuals allows them to override the rational judgement and conscience of the Citizens and Legal Residents of the United States. 

The Homosexual Privilege also places the class in an adversarial position with respect to the Nation as a whole and in danger of retribution should our present crisis with respect to the current occupant of the White House turns into a civil war.

Let’s take a moment to peek into an alternate universe according to Hunter at The Daily Kos:

Wayne LaPierre and Sarah Palin at the National Rifle Association is what an American Nazi Party rally would sound like if Germany had won the war. The flag, the cross, the obsession over the danger posed to the ruling class by violent minorities and the warning that arming yourself to the teeth in order to prevent the demise of the very nation at the hands of those violent minorities, the petty mocking of the rule of law and mocking of the quaint sensibilities of those who would not commit crimes against the nation's enemies. There's nothing Godwin about it, this is what it would look like. Does look like, in certain meeting halls and convention centers.

How do any of these people manage to get out of bed in the afternoon without killing themselves?  And does this apparent moron has the slightest clue as to what National Socialism was or how it would materially manifest in Nazi America?  A quick answer to the second question would be to tell the apparent moron to get a bath and a haircut, put on a uniform designed by Hugo Boss, and look in a mirror.

As described by Leonard Peikoff in The Ominous Parallels the vision of the American Left is essentially National Socialism without the Aryan frills.  Of course in the socialist mentality ignorance is a fundamental strength.  When I attended the NRA convention held in Minneapolis two decades ago an ignorant girl-child in riding in a passing car screamed the word “Murderer” at me.  As I was in normal street clothes two blocks from the Convention Center the clearly ignorant child could not have reached a valid identification on sight alone.

Is readership of The Daily Kos paying attention at all?  To read the hit piece I had to pass a pop-up calling for the silencing of the Libertarian Koch Brothers.  Here only the self-appointed Ministry of Truth is allowed to speak.
