A Crime In Maryland

A “right” is a moral principle defining and sanctioning a man’s freedom of action in a social context.

Ayn Rand
The Right to Life, which is to live as a rational person in full command of your own life, is the fundamental right.  From this comes the right of self defense and also from this comes the Right to Keep and Bear Arms as recognized in the Second Amendment of the United States Constitution.

To restate clearly the Constitution of the United States does not grant rights to anyone.  The Constitution only recognizes the preexisting rights of all people.  And The Constitution does this without exception for citizen or legal resident.

But the Federal Government and several state governments are in clear violation of The Constitution.  And they are in specific and deliberate violation of the Second Amendment.

A clear case in point was when a resident of the State of Florida was pulled over by Transportation Authority Police of the State of Maryland lawfully driving on an Interstate Highway.

At first the family vehicle was followed by an unmarked patrol car for ten minutes.  All while the officer ignored actual speed limit violators who rushed by.  After the car was pulled over the driver waited another ten minutes before he was ordered to exit his vehicle and treated as a known felon.

The victim was asked where the pistol he registered as a CCW permit holder was.

The victim answered that the pistol was in a safe at his home in Florida.  The so-called cop declare that the victim was lying.  The so-called police, with three backup cars, then proceeded to perform a search of the vehicle.

After a two hour search no weapon was found.

After all this the victim said:

And he wants to put me in jail. He wants to put me in jail. For no reason. He wants to take my wife and children away and put me in jail. In America, how does such a thing happen? ... And after all that, he didn’t even write me a ticket.

So what happened?

On the surface this appeared to be an example of common thug behavior.  In thus case the thugs with badges saw an apparently easy victim and pounced on him like a mindless predatory animal.   The fact that the victim was a CCW permit holder is included in his Florida DMV record.  With this information the thugs pounced.  This action was a clear sign of contempt for a constitutionally recognized right.

But this is not the only issue.  Even without the infliction of a physical injury or an outright murder this act was also identical to the behavior of the uniformed thugs of the NSDAP.  The original Nazi Brownshirts.  Here the armed citizen is equated to the Jew. The information in the Florida DMV database served as the functional equivalent of the Yellow Star of David.  As it was before in Germany this act was clearly depraved and beyond excuse.  The so-called police officers and their supervisors must be fired without any benefits.

So how would I deal with such a situation as the President?

Existing legislation on the Federal level is absolutely void.  Such legislation will not be enforced pending formal repeal.  The refusal by any member of Congress to repeal such legislation will be deemed an act of resignation from that body.

Furthermore all state and subordinate legislation in violation of the Second Amendment will be void.  All attempts to continue enforcement of said acts shall be treated as federal felonies.  And all deaths resulting from such continued enforcement shall be treated as capital crimes.

If we have to fight a civil war to enforce the Second Amendment then we will do so.

Any questions?
