Progress Report

I've just finished the fourth chapter of the current draft of the novel project. The total word count thus far is a bit over 9,000. Which is about one ninth of the minimum word count for submission to a publisher.

If I do resort to publication on Kindle this should be the cover for the work:

Text I Decided To Not Use

Francis shouted.

“Don’t you want the ultimate software package?”

“No.” I replied. “Perhaps you should call Bill Gates at Microsoft or whoever is in charge at Apple now that Steve Jobs is deceased. Or you could send a letter.”

Francis stared at me with a blank expression on his face.

Mystifying. Isn't it?
