The tenant in apartment 2312 apparently doesn't learn from his own mistakes. I've had to call the Minneapolis Police about a noise complaint three times even though I'm mute because of brain damage.
Reality is real, always tell the truth, regardless of the negative consequences.
Update 2357 CST:
I had to call the police a fourth time about a noise complaint.
