Valerie Haney my repayee at Agate (formerly St, Stephen's) was replaced by an incompetent person. Because of her incompetence my bill from Centurylink wasn't paid. I've been cut off from the Internet for more than three weeks. The incompetent person has been replaced and he worked hard to clean up the mess she left.
