If David Miscavige had said “current legal and cultural condition don’t allow us to follow Hubbard’s instructions on dealing with critics and opponents of Scientology” as well as ceasing the practice of Fair Game, most of the opposition to Scientology would disappear. David Miscavige isn’t doing this.
