Opinion

He who holds the office of President of the United States is only a mere citizen.  He was once commonly identified as the First Citizen.  Contrary to what Collectivists believe the act of election to the office doesn't confer God like powers or immunity from law and judgement.  A President who violates The Constitution and the Common Law must face trial and judgement for his acts.  No exceptions can ever be granted.
