Mister Schmumer... what's it like to not have a Human soul?
The citizen as the sovereign authority must possess the physical
instrument, such as a firearm, of political authority. The citizen must be prepared and trained to use it. The ballot
that's cast by the citizen, like the paper currency in common use,
must be backed by a physical value.
