A ground level billboard at the intersection at the intersection of Franklin and Hennepin avenues in Minneapolis has, after the better part of a month, finally been defaced. The billboard showed the first sentence of the novel Atlas Shrugged by Ayn Rand.
Apparently someone had splashed some kind of fecal colored liquid on it.
Maybe somebody missed a hit on their bong and finally noticed it.

Franklin and Hennepin, yet. As I recall, that's a busy area.
Atlas Shrugged is about the best judge of character there is.
