Anniversary

On this day in 1953 Julius and Ethel Rosenberg were executed for espionage on behalf of the Soviet Union.

The persistent and continuing whining of their sons and grandchildren served as part of the inspiration for writing Friends In High Places.

Well, all evidence points to Jules being in it up to his eyeballs, and Ethel knowing about it, but not actively participating.
