I had a doctor's appointment scheduled today after noon. AT the time I checked the Weather Service site it was eighteen degrees below zero. As a result I rescheduled the appointment.
This was expected to be a slow news day for me. Under the present conditions I will not leave the apartment building, let alone attempt to start my car.
