Now I have to admit that I'm not a fan of the game of football, and that I stopped watching the Super Bowl after the Minnesota Vikings lost it for the fourth time.
I can't boycott the game but but this is clear grounds for everyone else to boycott.

That's because we are still rational people. The NFL appears to be influenced by the Marxist version of the concept of sympathetic magic. That the instrument causes the action instead the person who decides to use it.
