One gets the impression that the bozoids at CBS, and the mainstream or legacy media in general, believe that the First Amendment is in effect a legalization of actions that in any other field of life would be properly identified as crimes, such as fraud and treason.
Something should be done about this.

The problem with doing something about this is that a power granted is a power that will be abused.
