Outstanding!

Here's a Marine you won't read about in Slime or Newspeak:

MARINE CORPS BASE CAMP PENDLETON, Calif.(May 6, 2004) -- Marine Capt. Brian R. Chontosh received the Navy Cross Medal from the Commandant of the United States Marine Corps, Gen. Michael W. Hagee, during an awards ceremony Thursday at Marine Corps Air Ground Combat Training Center, Twentynine Palms, Calif.

Three other Marines received medals for valor at the same ceremony.

Chontosh, 29, from Rochester, N.Y. , received the naval service's second highest award for extraordinary heroism while serving as Combined Anti-Armor Platoon Commander, Weapons Company, 3rd Battalion, 5th Marine Regiment, 1st Marine Division, 1st Marine Expeditionary Force, in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom March 25, 2003.
Blackfive provides a rather graphic account of Captain Chontosh's actions.

But will our major media report it?

No.

The freedom of speech and of the press that is identified and guaranteed in the First Amendment to our Constitution is the freedom to speak and publish the truth. But instead of publishing the truth, that we are winning, the established major media are as they did during the Vietnam war proclaiming that we are losing and that ALL of our soldiers are a mob of brutal thugs.

Who needs a National Socialist Reichsministry of Propaganda and Culture to control what we see and hear when we have CBS, NBC, ABC, CNN, and the New York Times?

And who needs a traitor like Lord Haw Haw to broadcast lies to us when we have such stalwart fellows like Dan Rather, Tom Brokaw, and Peter Jennings?

Even Fox News, in an effort to appear "fair and balanced", gives airtime to the enemies of our republic. But just as their is no balance between food and poison there is also no balance between truth and falsehood.

So am I now calling for government control of the press?

No. Do I look like a fucking piece of socialist filth?

But I do see a definite distinction between reporting that, "the enemy claims that they are right and that they are winning", versus saying that, "the enemy is right and they are winning."

In the context of the present struggle between Western Civilization and Islamic Barbarism, the former is called telling the truth, the latter is called something else. What that something else is labled and defined as follows:

Treason against the United States shall consist only in levying War against them, or in adhering to their Enemies, giving them Aid and Comfort.
And that doesn't mean that they're fluffing up Saddam's pillows now, does it?
