Tim Russert and liberal democrat Senator John Kerry do their best to imitate the "Who's on First?" bit on the last Meet the Press:

SEN. KERRY: No...

MR. RUSSERT: You don't.

SEN. KERRY: ...not primarily.

MR. RUSSERT: You don't.

SEN. KERRY: Not primarily.

MR. RUSSERT: You do not.

SEN. KERRY: Not primarily.

Or you could say that the Senator is trying to be a hawk and dove at the same time.
Odds are this course of action will just annoy the hawks and drive dove votes to Ralph Nader.
