The Problem With Tyrannicide

Scott Wickstein over at
Samizdata was kind enough to dig up this quote:

"The Bush administration is the most dangerous force that has ever existed. It is more dangerous than Nazi Germany because of the range and depth of its activities and intentions worldwide."

-- 2005 Nobel Prize winner Harold Pinter

One has to wonder what psychoactive substance Mr. Pinter has ingested, and how to avoid being dosed with it ourselves.

I was going to do a rant which would speculate on how anyone, including Comrade Pinhead, could possibly believe that Liberation is Oppression or that Tyrannicide is Murder, and that using a portion of the national armed forces to knock over a couple of dictatorships is somehow more vile than totally mobilizing an entire nation in order to wage a total war of conquest and subjugation against an entire world.

And then the Honorable Sir Banagor creates a totally dead on target rant on the subject of these intellectual wanna-bes.

To say that I am impressed would be a gross understatement.
