I live next door to someone who's constantly playing loud music. A private landlord would've evicted him after the second complaint.
"Vote blue, no matter who" means vote for a candidate of the Democratic Party regardless of whether the candidate is a monster or a moron. Some people wonder why I despise Democracy.
