Tools are misused many times. Properly used Ammonium Nitrate is a fertilizer. Fuel Oil is a fuel. A rented moving van is a moving van. Timothy McVeigh misused those items to make a bomb. The actual cause of horrors isn't the tools to commit the horrors but the beliefs of the perpetrators.
