A Work In Progress

 

In response to some blathering by a socialist posted an excerpt from the novel I'm writing on the Traveller Mailing List:

“Kim.  I’m sorry to have to say this, but there was a clear reason we built a system back on Zion for recreating the experience of being sent to Auschwitz.  I know it’s an awful thing to do to children in school but the lesson has to be taught.  Those who carried out The Holocaust, and the other atrocities of the Century of Death, were completely normal people who were taught to believe what they were told by the state and to obey orders without question.  We simply can’t let that happen again.”

In addition I said:

 

"But what can I say?  A socialist is a socialist."

The response from the socialist was:

"And then there's child abuse."

And there was another sneer from another socialist.  Of course I should have remembered the fact  that one cannot argue with a socialist.  They are vermin that can only be hunted down and killed.
