Putin is so excited over Obama being in charge, he's greasing the skids for a comeback. He's seeing a repeat of the Carter era, where the Russians can do what they damn well please.
I think Putin will wait for the fall season after the harvest is in before he tries something.Just my thought on that.
Reminds me of Truman and Stalin.That fiddling democrat actually LIKED that monster.
