On this day in 1945, Adolf Hitler took poison and shot himself in the head.  Hitler was doing what leading statist trash often does, commit suicide while hiding in a final redoubt.

On Selfishness

Some politicians want to eliminate egoism.  Conscience is the expression of the ego in the moral realm.  To make a moral judgment and to act on it are basically selfish acts.  It's the self that sees through its own eyes and acts on its own knowledge of right and wrong.  You couldn't be selfish if you can't live with yourself.  Rational Selfishness as defined and advocated by Ayn Rand was limited to acts which benefited one's self but caused no harm or inflicted a cost on another person.  The narcissist, especially in the political realm, isn't concerned with the injuries and burdens inflicted on other people.  In fact, the more destructive the consequences of obedience to those who obey the narcissist, the better.  When the ego is eliminated the conscience is eliminated as well.

If a member of BLM seeks to see someone who judges someone by their race all that person needs to do is look in a mirror.  BLM should be referred to as Der Swartzersturmabteilung.  If a member of Anti-Fa seeks to see someone who practiced Fascist doctrine all that person needs to do is look in a mirror.  Maxine Waters needs to be identified and declared an Enemy Of Mankind.

Suggestions

David Shipman (one of perpetrators of the Waco Massacre) our so called president's Joe Biden's appointment for director of the BATF should be hanged slowly with a noose made of steel wire.  I know that the United States Constitution explicitly forbids inflicting suffering, but I want this piece of excrement (I know I'm insulting excrement) to suffer.  Comrade Shipman has made a career of violating the United States Constitution.

The BATF needs to be disbanded and no salaries or pensions should be paid.  As an agency the BATF explicitly violates the United States Constitution.  I would also suggest that members of the BATF should be put to death.  We as patriots should treat members of the BATF as if they were members of the SS.

Looting

You simply can't have Socialism, "Social Justice", or any other political order that operates on looting without the exercise of deadly force against the productive population.  The only alternative to a social and political order based on the principle of consent is coercion by physical force.  The emission of fraudulent ideologies only serves to cloud the issue.   As the present looting spree by the Tax Eaters continues we will eventually see mobs of overburdened taxpayers taking to the streets with their fists in the air and chanting: "HELL NO! WE DON'T OWE!"  To the various gangs of Tax Eaters, who depend on tax revenue for their sustenance, this is nothing less than a death sentence.   And their patrons in office on the state and federal level will respond to a tax strike with open and deadly force.  They simply have no other choice.

Today

Today is Earth Day.  Or, as it will be known in the truly rational civilization that succeeds us, Exterminate Mankind Day.  Earth Day, in which Communists falsely deify and pose as defenders of the Earth as an excuse to subjugate and murder rational and productive people en masse.  And it's also Lenin's birthday. 

Earth Day was brought about by a bunch of Leftists who the rising hysteria about seeing the environment as something to exploit to bring down the supposedly evil Capitalist civilization.  And then like all other hardcore Socialists they would get to act out their fantasies on the innocent and run up a serious body count.  And in the original version of the scam some of them attempted to raise hysteria about global cooling.  Come on, assholes.  It's either cooling or warming.  Pick one.
 

Pest Control, Part Four

September 11, 2245
New Boston, Kennedy, Alpha Centauri B

Prime Minister John Morrison stared out the window in his office at the ruins of the downtown basilica.  Even though the Mother Church owned the property and could afford to rebuild, the church was left in ruins to remind everyone what the Freyans did when they came to this world.

“Your guest is here, sir.”  The secretary said over the intercom.

Prime Minister Morrison walked to his desk and down on button on the intercom.

“Send him in.”  He said.

“Yes, sir.”  The secretary replied.

Prime Minister Morrison walked around his desk and stood before one of couches in his office.

Archbishop Lester Banion walked into the Prime Minister’s office and stood before the Prime Minister.  The two men sat on their couches.

“You know why I’m here?”  Said Archbishop Banion.

“To negotiate a peace deal.”  Replied Prime Minister Morrison.  “Only, it won’t happen.”

“Why not?”  Asked Archbishop Banion.

Prime Minister Morrison answered.

“You look upon the period the Mother Church was backed by the force of the State as a golden age.  Most of the inhabitants of this world looked at that time as a nightmare.  We want no more nightmares.  Paul Clark was hanged for numerous capital crimes.  It wasn’t just the Freyans who became angry when he was canonized, many people were.”

“How dare you deride Saint Paul Clark!”  Archbishop Banion stood up and shouted.

“The only reason The Vatican still exists is because it’s located on the Earth.  Even The Federation is tired of your nonsense.”  Prime Minister Morrison said.

Prime Minister Morrison continued.

“Those who’ve believed absurdities have committed atrocities.  You believe you’re one of the good guys, so did Oskar Dirlewanger.”

“Who?”  Archbishop Banion asked.

“Oskar Dirlewanger was one of the perpetrators of The Holocaust.”  Prime Minister Morrison replied.

“Who cares about a bunch of Kikes?”  Archbishop Banion asked.

“A lot of people do.”  Prime Minister Morrison answered.

Prime Minister Morrison said another thing to Archbishop Banion.

“Perhaps it’s time for you to leave.”

With that word the door to the Prime Minister’s office opened and another man stepped in.  The man held up a playing card, the face was the King of Spades suite, on the back was a white cross of St. Andrew over a black field.  The man spoke.

“Director Stern sends her regards.”

“You won’t get me to talk!”  Archbishop Banion shouted.

The man attached a piece of hull tape over Archbishop’s Banion’s mouth and responded.

“You won’t need to.”

As Archbishop Banion was being taped up by other men, Prime Minister Morrison spoke.

“Part of the function of a politician is to make deals.”  Prime Minister Morrison said to Archbishop Banion.  “I was made Prime Minister to clean up the mess you’ve made.  I don’t expect to be reelected for doing this.”

Archbishop Banion struggled as he was carried out of the Prime Minister’s office.

Prime Minister Morrison walked over to the window.  An aide stepped into the Prime Minister’s office and walked over to Prime Minister Morrison.  Prime Minister Morrison pointed to the ruins of the basilica and spoke.

“Let’s do some eminent domain and seize the property.”  Prime Minister Morrison said to the aide.  “Demolish the ruins and let the Mother Church know who’s really in charge on this planet.”

At numerous barracks around the city of New Boston members of KDF put on their body armor and picked up their 9mm Advanced Combat Rifles.  Many members of the People’s Front for Liberation of Kennedy would come down with fatal cases of Sudden Lead Poisoning on this day.

Several police officers and firemen, including Detectives Greeley and Logan, were gathered at the site of Ground Zero to hear the mayor, retired police officer Kathleen Connor, speak.

“Nearly three thousand people were murdered as an act of hatred against Humanity.  Many of our brothers and sisters died on that fateful day.  A proper act of retribution would be erasing The Kaaba from the face of the Earth.  But we had Bush 43 as the President and we got the War On Terror along with the goat rodeo known as the Transportation Security Agency instead.  The false prophet Mohammad combined the worst features of Robert Lee Herald, Jeffery Epstein, with Charles Manson and turned them up beyond eleven.”

Detectives Greeley and Logan saw a librarian at New York City Public Library.  Detectives Greeley and Logan sat down at a table with the librarian.

“Have you ever read Star Of The North by Evelyn Stone?”  Asked the librarian.

“No, I haven’t.”  Replied Detective Logan.

“It reads like an autobiography, except that the names of the central character and girlfriend in Colorado were apparently changed.”  Said the librarian.

“Stone may have been a veteran of a war between the United States and the Soviet Union?”  Asked Detective Greeley.

“What’s the Soviet Union?”  Asked Detective Logan.

“The Union of Soviet Socialist Republics.”  Answered the librarian.  “It was a large state that consisted of Russia, The Ukraine, Belorussia, the Baltic States, and some Muslim territories.”  Answered the librarian.  “It was a Communist state.”

“Didn’t they know that Communism had a one hundred percent failure rate?”  Asked Detective Logan.

“No,” replied the librarian, “ a Soviet leader once to the Americans, ‘we will bury you,’ the Soviet Union was buried instead.”

The librarian continued.

“The New York Times, before it was shut down by the reformers, tried to influence a presidential election.  They tried this by reading Stone’s works.”

The librarian continued again.

“Stone was an interesting guy, he once got into a dispute with Robert Lee Herald.”

“Herald was the founder of the Center For Eternal Truth.”  Said Detective Logan.

The librarian continued again.

“Herald sent people out to murder Stone.  One of Stone’s friends was caught in the crossfire and killed.  Stone responded by riding on a motorcycle out to California, when it still a single state of the American union, and killing Herald.  Actions always have consequences.  There are now more than two hundred million people like Stone, and they’re still acting on their beliefs.

Detectives Greeley and Logan just stared at the librarian.

BREAKING NEWS: Seventy-Two Killed Resisting Gun Confiscation In Massachusetts.

National Guard units seeking to confiscate a cache of recently banned assault weapons were ambushed by elements of a Para-military extremist faction. Military and law enforcement sources estimate that 72 were killed and more than 200 injured before government forces were compelled to withdraw.

Speaking after the clash, Massachusetts Governor Thomas Gage declared that the extremist faction, which was made up of local citizens, has links to the radical right-wing tax protest movement.

Gage blamed the extremists for recent incidents of vandalism directed against internal revenue offices. The governor, who described the group’s organizers as “criminals,” issued an executive order authorizing the summary arrest of any individual who has interfered with the government’s efforts to secure law and order.

The military raid on the extremist arsenal followed wide-spread refusal by the local citizenry to turn over recently outlawed assault weapons.

Gage issued a ban on military-style assault weapons and ammunition earlier in the week. This decision followed a meeting in early this month between government and military leaders at which the governor authorized the forcible confiscation of illegal arms.

One government official, speaking on condition of anonymity, pointed out that “none of these people would have been killed had the extremists obeyed the law and turned over their weapons voluntarily.”

Government troops initially succeeded in confiscating a large supply of outlawed weapons and ammunition. However, troops attempting to seize arms and ammunition in Lexington met with resistance from heavily-armed extremists who had been tipped off regarding the government’s plans.

During a tense standoff in the Lexington town park, National Guard Colonel Francis Smith, commander of the government operation, ordered the armed group to surrender and return to their homes. The impasse was broken by a single shot, which was reportedly fired by one of the right-wing extremists.

Eight civilians were killed in the ensuing exchange.

Ironically, the local citizenry blamed government forces rather than the extremists for the civilian deaths. Before order could be restored, armed citizens from surrounding areas had descended upon the guard units. Colonel Smith, finding his forces over matched by the armed mob, ordered a retreat.

Governor Gage has called upon citizens to support the state/national joint task force in its effort to restore law and order. The governor also demanded the surrender of those responsible for planning and leading the attack against the government troops.

Samuel Adams, Paul Revere, and John Hancock, who have been identified as “ringleaders” of the extremist faction, remain at large.

And this fellow Americans, is how the American Revolution began, April 20, 1775.

The Unpunished Crime Of William Jefferson Clinton

We identify The Holocaust as the evil act it actually was.  But we're looking at The Holocaust objectively.  From the subjective viewpoint the perpetrators of The Holocaust believed they were the good people doing good things and that their victims were evil.  We, the advocates of Liberty take the objective position and identify The Waco Massacre as the act of state terror that it actually was.  But the common narrative has taken the subjective point of view and identifies the perpetrators of massacre as the good guys.

 What has happened is a clearly unpunished crime.

 Here's two thousand words why I will never vote for The Democratic Party.

There's a right way to with deal someone like Koresh and it wasn't followed.  An Objectivist has to oppose David Koresh and his followers, but was it necessary to kill them?  No.

Today is the anniversary of the event commonly known as the Waco Massacre.

What happened?

The local office of the BATF received a report of automatic weapons fire at the residence of Branch Davidians outside of Waco, Texas.  No inquiry was made with the local law enforcement agencies.  Nor did they as allowed under the current regulations send agents out to inspect the federally licensed firearms dealer residing on the site.  And they could've arrested Koresh as he made his morning run but didn't do so.   With his past history of cooperation with local law enforcement they could've simply asked him to come down to the local sheriff’s station.  Instead they attempted to stage a military style assault, code named Operation Showtime, in order to impart a positive impression of the agency upon the current administration in Washington.  Some Federal bureaucrats apparently wanted to feel important.  After the task force was driven off the Hostage Rescue Team of the FBI descended upon the Branch Davidians and laid siege to the residence.

On April 19th the HRT used armored vehicles to destroy the exits from the building and to allow the wind to blow through it and then injected CS gas, known to be inflammable and toxic to children and elderly persons, into the wooden structure.  The HRT fired CS rounds, which are incendiary devices into, the building.  A tactic to commit mass murder used by the SS-Einsatzgruppen in Poland and Russia was to confine civilians, especially women and children, in wooden buildings and set the structures on fire.  To this day the perpetrators remain at large or have been allowed to die in peace.

 

The U.S. Army rifle platoon I trained with in 1982 could have secured the structure without killing any of the children or the elderly adults.  Yes it was possible that some of us actual soldiers could have been wounded or killed in the action.  But that's part of the hazards of the job. 

The Waco Massacre was a demonstration on the part of Big Bubba of the existence of the means to carry out Marxist style state terror and the existence of the will to use it.

 

There are some who believe that because I don't believe in God or Jesus Christ I shouldn't object to the Waco Massacre.  But from an objective perspective an act of state terror, like the Waco Massacre, remains an act of state terror.

The other anniversary today is of the bombing of the Federal Building in Oklahoma City in 1995.  Timothy McVeigh who carried out the Oklahoma City bombing was a white racial collectivist and was acting out the white racial warrior martyrdom fantasy depicted in The Turner Diaries.

The novel, if I recall reading it correctly, depicts the conquest and subjugation of the white population of the United States by a self appointed elite group that called itself "The Order."  All non-whites, including Jews, were exterminated.  Any white person who refused to obey The Order was executed as a race traitor.  The actions of The Order as depicted in the novel were very much like the practice of Islam without the claim of divine sanction.  Unlike today's political Right, but like all known collectivists, such as the National Socialists of Germany, The Order rejected all of the Rights of Man and killed anyone who served no place in their collective.  Fortunately, I read it on a website where the text was posted. So apart from the fee for Internet access, I didn't have to pay a cent to read it.  I would later describe the experience of reading it as being the intellectual equivalent of the act of swimming in raw sewage.  The website and text is gone now.  I think this is somewhat unfortunate because I believe that no rational person should have to pay a cent for the privilege of reading a book that calls for their own murder.

We have to understand that a firearm is simply a tool.  A firearm is simply a means to a Human end.  The Human end is freedom, this is the opposition to tyranny.  Tyrants want and need to disarm their victims.  Tyrants need victims.  Victims don’t need tyrants.

 

Koresh, if he was alive, would clearly be an enemy of an Objectivist.  But someone has to speak for him.  The massacre of the Branch Davidians was a deliberate act of state terror which was carried straight out of the collectivist ruler handbook. The purpose was to demonstrate to all the consequences of disobeying the collectivists who then occupied the White House.  Comrade McVeigh and the current occupant of the White House, Comrade Biden, are firmly seated on the Collectivist side of the aisle.  If we have anything to thank subsequent Republican presidents for it's for doing nothing.  Our so-called president, Joe Biden, wants to appoint a perpetrator of Waco Massacre to head the BATF.

Antisemitism in politics is the practical equivalent of a dead canary in a coal mine, I can't say this often enough.  Antisemitism is a subset of Racial Collectivism.  We have to condemn all forms of Racial Collectivism.  We have to identify Black Lives Matter as the Racial Collectivist group that it actually is.  We have to see that Antisemitism is a symptom of a deeper philosophical problem.  Rejection of Racial Collectivism shouldn't be a radical idea.

Advocates of Tyranny always lie.

Dr. John Ray believes that the Democratic Party is evil, so do I.  Nancy Pelosi, Charles Shumer, Kamala Harris, and Letitia James, need to be identified as the Enemies Of Mankind they actually are.  Democrats in general need to be identified as the Enemies Of Mankind they actually are.  Violating our constitutional rights to be armed and freedom of association.  Those are no big deal as far as a Democrat is concerned.  Democrats believe they're the good people, so did the National Socialists.  Democrats deny reality, so did the National Socialists.  Democrats hate those who oppose then, so did the National Socialists.  The fundamental value of the Democratic Party is Power, and no act's too vile to obtain it.  Freedom is the negation of Power and therefore must be opposed.  Or at least in public Freedom mustn't be supported lest the victims come to understand their actual position within the Socialist order.  Democrats hold Humans in contempt.  Democrats abhor the thought of being judged by their character because they have none.  What's present is the black hole of their lust for power.  A desire for control over every aspect of our lives that distorts or destroys everything that comes within their influence.  The positive side is that if we don't drop below their moral event horizon we can escape from their influence.  If the Democratic Party, and their bitches in academia and and the media continue to behave as if they're the ruling class of France before their revolution, then they'll be treated as such.  The American people will paint the streets of our nation with their blood, but we'll be damaged as a result.

The Democratic Party has all of the credibility and respect for the citizens shown by the Communist Party of the Soviet Union.  Which is to say NONE AT ALL.  In my mind the title of Democrat has become synonymous with the term Murderer.  The Democratic Party in the United States has in effect become a totalitarian party and like the National Socialists and Soviet Communists they must be identified and dealt with as such.  To Democrats the fundamental value is power.  Freedom is the negation of power and therefore must be opposed.  Or at least in public Freedom must not be supported lest the victims come to understand their actual position within the socialist order.

Democrats at the present time have essentially degenerated to the point where they use words in a way that is opposite of their correct meaning.  Just as the old Soviet Communists did in their day.  I once wrote that Joe Biden was an idiot, now that he's become senile no rational person would vote for him as President, I certainly won't.  It was obvious that Joe Biden was functionally a moron.  This allowed Barack Obama to proof himself against impeachment and assassination.
 
Terror is merely the method.  The ultimate goal is the establishment and maintenance of a state of tyranny.  It doesn't matter if the tyrants calls themselves Communists, National Socialists, or Theocrats, they simply can't be reasoned with.  Negotiations, summit meetings, and other gestures of good will can't stop them.  Like any predatory animal they can only be driven off and ultimately destroyed.  If we're to continue to live a proper human life then the hunting season on tyrants and those who willingly support them must always be open.

They have an idea, it’s to replace the society of social and economic consent that we live in with the social and economic primacy of the parasites over the productive.  Or as their primary philosophical source (and founding trustifarian) put it, "from each according to their ability, to each according to their needs."  And as there’s no limit to the needs of the parasite masters there will be no limit on the burdens imposed on the productive slaves.  Poison is poison no matter how much grape flavoring one adds to it.  They can’t avoid knowing that their ideal society is toxic to us and thus have no effective choice but to attack the opposition on trivial issues in order to head off a public examination of their basic ideological premises.  Political ideology is basically a means of giving the appearance of positive virtue to actions that are morally intolerable to the victims.

Doctor Susan Huck, who used to write for the John Birch Society, once said that Marxists are never found under the bed.  She said that they're usually found in front of blackboards and behind desks.  They're now found in our city streets.

Voting Republican is a rear guard action at best.

We in the United States are stuck with two political parties.  The leadership of one party is insane and the leadership of the other party simply doesn't care.  Rank and file members now call establishment members a bunch of Vichy Republicans.

Perhaps its time to start a new political party.  Is a new political party possible?

The answer is: I don’t know.  The opponents of chattel slavery proceeded even with public opposition.  We, as opponents of political power, have to.  We need to treat exercises of political power, such as censorship, as crimes against Humanity.  We need to treat bans on firearms and free speech as the anti-Human acts that they actually are.  Our political elites have apparently forgotten the lesson taught by our original civil war, that banning freedom doesn’t work.  Our political elites tried to ban the voluntary consumption of alcohol, it didn’t work.  Our political elites tried to ban the voluntary consumption of hard drugs, it doesn’t work.  Our political elites will try to ban the voluntary ownership of firearms and freedom of speech, it will never work.  Our politicians are supposed to do a specific job and they aren't doing it.  We have to start a new political party to go around them.  We don't have a choice.

Let's call our new party the Freedom Party.

Will the Freedom Party replace the Democratic Party?

I don't think so.  What's more likely is that the Freedom Party will replace the Republican Party just like the Republicans replaced the Whigs.

What would be the tripwire resulting in open rebellion? Examining the Bill of Rights, and considering EXISTING laws only, and not failed attempts, you will find that every clause has been violated to one degree or another.

Documenting those violations would fill volumes, and it is important to remember that only government can violate the exercise of unalienable individual rights and claim immunity from retribution. We omit martial law or public suspension of the Constitution as a tripwire. The overnight installation of dictatorship obviously would qualify as "the tripwire," but is not likely to occur. What has occurred, what is occurring, is the implementation of every aspect of such dictatorship without an overt declaration. The Constitution is being killed by attrition. The Communist Manifesto is being installed by accretion. Any suggestion that martial law is the tripwire leads us to the question: what aspect of martial law justifies the first shot?

For much the same reason, we will leave out mass executions of the Waco variety. For one thing, they are composite abuses of numerous individual rights. Yet, among those abuses, the real tripwire may exist. For another, those events are shrouded in a fog of obfuscation and outright lies. Any rebellion must be based on extremely hard and known facts. Similarly, no rebellion will succeed if its fundamental reasons for occurring are not explicitly identified. Those reasons cannot be explicitly identified if, in place of their identification, we simply point to a composite such as Waco and say, "See, that's why; figure it out." Any suggestion that more Wacos, in and of themselves, would be the tripwire, simply leads us back again to the question: what aspect of them justifies rebellion?

For the same reasons, we leave out a detailed account of Ayn Rand's identification of the four essential characteristics of tyranny. She identified them quite correctly, but together they are just another composite from which we must choose precipitating causes. These characteristics are: one-party rule, executions without trial for political offenses, expropriation or nationalisation of private property, and "above all," censorship.

With regard to the first characteristic of tyranny, what is the real difference between the Fabian socialist Republican Party and the overtly [Bolshevik] socialist Democratic Party? Nothing but time. Regarding the second we have the FBI's Hostage Rescue Team and the ATF's enforcement branch. In action they simply avoid the embarrassment of a trial. Regarding the third, we have asset forfeiture "laws," the IRS, the EPA, the FCC, the FDA, the Federal Reserve, the Justice Department's Antitrust Division, and a myriad of other executive branch agencies, departments, and commissions whose sole function is to regulate business and the economy. Regulating business for the common good (fascism) is no different in principle than outright nationalisation (communism).

However, the fourth characteristic of tyranny, censorship, is the obvious primary tripwire. When ideology and the reporting of facts and how-to instructions are forbidden, there is nothing remaining but to fight. Freedom of speech and persuasion -- the freedom to attempt to rationally convince willing listeners -- is so fundamental an individual right that without it no other rights, not even the existence of rights, can be enforced, claimed, debated, or even queried.

Does this censorship include the regulation of the "public" airwaves by the FCC, as in the censorship which prohibits tobacco companies from advertising -- in their own defense -- on the same medium which is commanded by government decree to carry "public service" propaganda against them? Does it include federal compulsion of broadcasters to air politically-correct twaddle for "The Children"? Does it include the Orwellian "Communications Decency Act"? Does it include any irrationalist "sexual harassment" or tribalist "hate speech" laws which prohibit certain spoken words among co-workers? The answer: unequivocally yes.

Although the above do not pertain to ideological or political speech, yet they are censorship and are designed to intimidate people into the acceptance of de facto censorship. We say that any abrogation of free speech, and any form of censorship, which cannot be rectified by the soap box, the ballot box, or the jury box, must be rectified by the cartridge box -- or lost forever.

Americans have been stumbling over tripwires justifying overt resistance for well over 130 years. On one hand, we submit that gun confiscation is a secondary tripwire only. It is second to censorship because if speech is illegal we cannot even discuss the repeal of gun control, or any other population controls. If only guns are illegal, we may still convince people to repeal those laws. On the other hand, gun confiscation may be a sufficient tripwire because the primary one, censorship, can be fully implemented only after the citizenry has been disarmed.

Resistance, in the context of this article, means those legitimate acts by individuals which compel government to restrict its activities and authority to those powers delegated to the Congress by the people in the Constitution.

The distinction to be drawn here is that the objective of patriotic resistance is to restore original Constitutional government, not change the form of government. To this end we believe: The enforcement of any laws -- local, state, or federal -- that through the action or inaction of the courts makes nugatory the individual means of resisting tyranny, justifies resistance.

The operative terms of the above statement are the parameters that must be defined and understood if resistance to tyranny and despotism is to be honourable, and for the cause of individual liberty, rather than anarchy resulting from a new gang of tyrants. Rebellion can never be justified so long as objective means of redress are available, which are themselves not subverted or rendered impotent by further or parallel subjective legislation.

The goal of patriots throughout the country must be the restoration of objective constitutional law and order. The failure to enforce a subjective law (i.e. the Communications Decency Act) does not justify that law existing, but it also does not justify resistance. This is because non-enforcement leaves avenues of redress, including the forbidden activity itself, still available. Should a lower court uphold or ignore a case that challenges subjective law, peaceable means of redress are still open by higher or lateral courts in another jurisdiction.

However, should the U.S. Supreme Court uphold subjective laws, or refuse to hear the cases challenging them, then the legislative, executive, and judicial branches have all failed to guarantee individual liberty, from the widest principles to the smallest details. A single refusal by the highest court in the land to overturn a whim-based subjective law, or to refuse to hear the case, is sufficient to justify resistance to that law because there is simply nowhere left to turn for further attempts at redress. At such time nobody is morally bound by that law. Tyranny gets one chance per branch.
America is either a constitutional republic or it is not. If we can restore our republic it will ultimately occur through reason, and reason will then lead our representatives to make unconstitutional those laws which, by any objective standard of justice, should have never been considered in the first place. However, we cannot assert our claim to restore our liberty if we but accede to a single socialist construct. Freedom and serfdom cannot coexist. We cannot have it both ways.

Life, and the means to preserve it, cannot coexist with disarmament. Liberty, and its rational exercise, cannot coexist with subjective constraints. Property, and its acquisition, use, and disposal cannot coexist with expropriation. The federal government's first task is to obey the Constitution. It has refused. Our first task as free men is to force the government to obey it again. The Constitution of the United States of America is a constraint on the federal government, not on the individual.
Likewise, the constitutions of the various states are constraints on the state governments, not on the individual. The Constitution contains many provisions allowing the violation of our natural rights as free men by immoral and unethical men in government. The true heroes of the ratification debates were the Anti-federalists, who secured Federalist guarantees that the Bill of Rights would amend the Constitution.

To their undying credit, the Federalists lived up to their promise. Nevertheless, only after constitutional limitations on government have been restored in their original form can we consider amending the Constitution to redress its very few remaining defects (for example, the absence of a separation of state and the economy clause).

Laws that make nugatory the means of resisting tyranny and despotism determine the tripwire. The creeping legislative erosion of the 2nd Amendment is not the only tripwire that justifies resistance. We submit that any gun control is a secondary tripwire. Not only because it can be effortlessly evaded, but also because it strengthens our cause. It is second only to censorship. If speech is illegal we can discuss neither repeal of gun control, or the repeal of any other unconstitutional "law."

Censorship is not a tripwire, it is THE tripwire. Thus, by default, censorship morally justifies rebellion.

Under censorship, no other rights, including the right to be free from censorship, can be advocated, discussed, or queried. It is incorrect to say that after censorship comes utter subjugation. Censorship is utter subjugation. There is no greater usurpation of liberty while remaining alive. After censorship come the death camps, and they are not a prerequisite of censorship, they are merely a symptom of it. Censorship qua censorship is sufficient in itself to justify open rebellion against any government that legislates, enforces, or upholds it.

However, that is not the half of it. Censorship is alone in being the only violation of individual rights that does not require actual enforcement or challenges in court, before rebellion is justified. When the government forbids you to speak or write, or use your own or a supporter's property to address willing listeners or readers, that government has openly and forcibly declared that the art of peaceful persuasion is dead and will not be tolerated. Upon that very instant, all peaceful avenues of redress have been closed and the only possible method of regaining that liberty is force. Whenever we give up that force, we are not only ruined, we deserve to be ruined.

Censorship is already being "legally" imposed through accretion by compromisers, appeasers, and pragmatists within government at all levels. Note the demands by "progressive" organisations and self-appointed "civil rights" groups to ban so-called "hate" speech (they mean thought and debate), or "extreme" language (they mean principled dissent), or "paramilitary" books (they mean the knowledge of how to resist). When our government imposes censorship, it will be because our ability to use force to resist censorship no longer exists. Buying copies of The Resister is not yet prohibited; buying machine guns already is. Unwarranted search for unlicensed books has not yet occurred; unwarranted search for unlicensed weapons has already begun. As your unalienable right of peaceable discussion and dissent is being daily abridged, your right to peaceably assemble and associate in advocacy of your own self-defence, according to your own free will, has already been outlawed (courtesy of ADL's "model" anti-militia legislation).

Unconstitutional federal agencies now arm themselves with weapons that you may not own, and train in tactics that you are prohibited from mastering. Before a government is sure you won't resist, it will make sure you can't resist.

The most irrational, contradictory, short-range, whimsical notion possible to men who claim the unalienable right to resist tyrannical government is the notion that they must first let their ability to resist be stripped from them before they have the right to use it. This is the argument of so-called conservatives who pish-tosh the notion of legislative "slippery-slopes," and sycophantic adherents of a supreme Court that has no constitutionally delegated authority to interpret the Constitution in the first place. We reject the notion of mindless compliance with subjective "laws." Subjective laws must be resisted on metaphysical and epistemological principles, moral and ethical grounds, and on constitutional and historical precedence.

No rational man desires ends without means. No rational man can be faced with his own imminent subjugation and truly believe that, once things are as bad as they can get, "sometime" "someone" will do "something" "somehow" to counteract that trend. Any man who counsels another to appeal to those mystical equivalents of "divine intervention" for "deliverance" from tyranny is our enemy by all principles conceivable within the scope of rational human intelligence.

The time to organise resistance is not after censorship, but before it. The time to prepare resistance is when our ability to resist is being threatened. The time to begin resistance is when that threat has been upheld or ignored by the courts. The unalienable rights that safeguard our ability to resist are limited to those which, if not violated, allow us to plan and use all materials necessary for resistance. We submit that only the following meet that criteria: freedom of speech and of the press, and the right to peaceably assemble--so that we may advocate ideas, report and discuss news, and instruct others how to carry out resistance activities (1st Amendment); the right to keep and bear arms -- so that we may have appropriate force in our hands should we need it, and be trained to use such force as necessary (2nd Amendment); the right to be let alone -- so that we may be free of government intrusion in our lives, liberty, and property (3rd Amendment)); the right to be secure in our persons, dwellings, papers, and property from unwarranted, unaffirmed searches and seizures -- so that our records, ideological materials, and weapons will remain in our hands (4th Amendment).

For the purpose of this discussion, we believe that no other rights are relevant because if every individual right other than those four were violated -- although it would be an unspeakably evil act on the part of the government, justifying immediate and unforgiving resistance -- their abridgement would not effect our ability to resist. If any of the first four amendments are infringed by legislation, enforced by executive power, and their abrogation is upheld or ignored by the courts, unremitting, forcible resistance, and aid and comfort to its citizen-soldiers, is a moral imperative for every single person who believes that life, liberty, and property are unalienable and self-existing, and not grants of government privilege.

In the early morning hours of this day in 1865 President Abraham Lincoln died after being shot by actor John Wilkes Booth.  The relationship between the Thespian Community and the Republican Party remains sour to this day.  If I recall correctly, John Wilkes Booth was a Democrat.

Known drunkard and Washington policeman John Frederick Parker was assigned to guard the president's box.  He couldn't possibly screw that up?  Yes, he did.  Parker wandered off to a tavern and got drunk.

Why don't we assassinate Joe Biden and/or Kamala Harris?  Because their assassinations won't solve the problem.  The actual problem is a culture that holds the rights of individuals in contempt.  The assassination of Biden and/or Harris won't solve that problem.

Pest Control, Part Three

In a cafe in the downtown section of London a twenty something woman was having conversation with a nearly forty man, a former mercenary, over cups of tea.

“They’re using you.”  The older man said.

“My late aunt Diana wanted to regain the British Throne.”  The young woman said.

“It’s over, isn’t it?”  The young woman asked.

“Yes, it is.”  The older man replied.

At a crime scene in a hotel an elderly white haired man lay dead.  Detective Liz Bishop held up a playing card in an evidence bag and asked a question of her partner Detective Sergeant John Kane.

“What is this?”

Detective Sergeant John Kane answered her question.

“It appears to be a death card.  The St. Andrew’s Cross in white over a black field is the symbol of the Central Security Agency of the Ursa Major Confederation.”

“So the Freyans are accepting responsibility?”  Asked Detective Bishop.

“Yes, they appear to be.”  Replied Detective Sergeant Kane.

In a London hotel room Mr. Green was packing his bags.  He wanted escape from the Freyans.

I need to leave the system.  Mr. Green thought.  Maybe I’ll find sanctuary on the Catholic world of Veracruz, the Freyans hate the inhabitants.

The city was rebuilt after being nuked by the United States Air Force after the foundation of The Federation. In a cafe in the downtown section of Buenos Aries, Alissa George, a woman in her mid-fifties, was having conversation with Melinda Fernandez, a reporter, over cups of coffee.

“I was a member of a ‘Pest Control Team.’” Alissa said.  “On Freya all children are taught the story of Socrates, you’re heard of him?”

“Yes.”  Replied Melinda.

Alissa spoke.

“From our perspective Socrates was a man in his early seventies living in a society that didn’t even have running water and his family was lethally threatened by the mob.  From his perspective drinking the hemlock appeared to be a good idea.”

Alissa asked a question.

“You’ve heard of Evelyn Stone?”

“Yes.”  Replied Melinda.

Alissa spoke.

“One of the stories we were taught on Freya was that when Stone was a teenage boy he rode across country on an ancient motorcycle to air out the head of the false phophet Robert Lee Herald.  Herald had ordered the murder of Stone and as a result a close fiend was murdered in turn.  Stone personally responded to the act of murdering a close friend by lethal force.  Four decades ago a preteen girl was kidnaped by the state that ruled Kennedy in the Alpha Centauri system.  The naval task force that was sent out to rescue her came out of the Nuclear Closet.  In the Armed Forces and the Central Security Agency we’re taught to do anything necessary to perform our mission.”

“And what is the mission of the CSA?”  Asked Melinda.

“The fundamental mission of the CSA was to safeguard our planet.”  Answered Alissa.

In the Metropolitan Correctional Center Amy Martin had two visitors.  Detectives Greeley and Logan were visiting Amy Martin.

Amy Martin spoke.

“They’ve put me in the cell Jeffery Epstein was murdered in!”

Jeffery Epstein died before the New York City area was placed under siege during The Reformation.

“The idea that Epstein was murdered is a right wing conspiracy theory.”  Said Detective Greeley.

 “The Freyans can’t get you here.”  Said Detective Logan.

“Someone can get me here!”  Amy Martin shouted.

“You’re safe in here.”  Said Detective Greeley.

Later, over cups of coffee in a donut shop (some things never change) Detectives Greeley and Logan had a conversation.

Detective Greeley had a question for his partner Detective Logan.

“Why did the reformers believe Epstein was murdered?”

Detective Logan answered.

“Again with the history lessons.  It’s impossible for anyone to commit suicide in the MCC.  But the county Medical Examiner ruled the death of Epstein a suicide.  Even Michael Shermer, a professional sceptic, wasn’t convinced it was a suicide.  On top of the official ruling of suicide, all of the video cameras on Epstein’s cell were out, and the guards slept then forged their own logs.”

Detective Logan continued.

“The reformers hated Democrats and really hated those who advocated Gun Control.”

One of the consequences of The Reformation was that New York City police officers couldn’t arrest anyone, even gang members, on firearm charges.

Detective Logan again continued.

“The senior Senator from New York, Charles Schumer, sought refuge in Israel.  All the reformers, from Evelyn Stone on down, were willing to nuke the Israelis as a result.”

“Is that so?’  Asked Detective Greeley.

Detective Logan answered.

“Stone even had a decades long relationship with the Israelis.”

“Bishop Paul Clark was declared a martyr and then a saint.”  Said Detective Logan.  “The only reason The Vatican still stands is that the Freyans don’t want a war with The Federation, although the incidents with the Martins and the Fremantle congregation way provoke it. Other worlds may leave the Nuclear Closet and join the Freyans.”

“So the Freyans don’t actually believe in freedom of religion or philosophy?”  Asked Detective Greeley.

“No, not as long as it impacts on them.”  Responded Detective Logan.  “The Freyans are constantly hanging missionaries with a noose made of steel wire.”

Detect Greeley pondered what he just heard.

It was obvious that Joe Biden was functionally a moron.  This allowed The Big Zero to proof himself against impeachment and assassination.  But the fact is that Barack Obama clearly didn't understand what Human Life was and thus had no understanding of the role of government in a Human society.  There's never a shortage of idiots. 

The one thing that the willfully depraved are loathe to do is to acknowledge the fact that there are people who are in fact better in some respect than they are.  To make such an acknowledgement is to issue an indictment of themselves and their own actions.  The willfully depraved will murder individuals or even exterminate entire nations before they will recognize the truth about themselves.  Anyone who feels that they're automatically right is automatically wrong.

Communists are not human beings.  Communists are in fact ANTI-HUMAN BEINGS.  They're toxic, a demonstrated hazard to human life, in other words, they're vermin.  To be isolated when possible or exterminated when necessary. 

I may have been only a simple cab driver, but it looks like Leftism is basically an excuse to feel smugly superior to everyone else without regard to actual knowledge, actual ability, and the actual consequences of their actions.  Knowledge is the foundation of Authority in every field of life and Politics is no exception.  Yet the deceived, the willfully ignorant, and the outright insane demand that we remain silent and submit to their nonsense without question, never mind the obviously lethal effects.  The truth means nothing to them, only their feelings, and never mind the bodycount.  

One of the things that's really bothering me is that it appears that we're living out the opening chapters of Atlas Shrugged as well as the Civilization Collapse part of the back story of Starship Troopers.  The novel 1984 by George Orwell isn't an instruction manual.

The Left and the self styled intelligentsia in particular stands by and cheers as every new manifestation of barbarism rises and slaughters good people and innocent children.  The chattering classes willingly support and serve the enemies of mankind and viciously slander and condemn those who dare to raise a hand in defense of the defenseless. They sit on their fat asses in avant-garde coffee houses cooking up paranoid conspiracy theories about how Christian Conservatives are planning to exterminate their own particular and pathetic social fringe group.  But if the stupid conspiracy theories of the Left were true they would all be dead.  Let's see, if we on the Right were to treat the Left the way that Great Comrade Stalin treated anyone he suspected of being an opponent, let alone someone who was an actual opponent, would any of these pathetic lunatics still be breathing, let alone continuing to rant like a mob of mentally disconnected lunatics who are off their meds?  I wouldn't think so.  If Conservatives dealt with the adherents of Libéralisme Moderne the way the Left has dealt with humans in general whenever the Left has obtained unrestrained power there wouldn't be any Liberals left standing.  Of the universities and the urban centers of Liberalism there would be nothing left but smoking ruins and there would mass graves from coast to coast.  We need to face the fact that the present day Left, like the unschooled barbarians who plagued civilization before them are essentially parasites.  If the Huns or the Mongols were to take "no" for an answer to their demands for food and other material goods they would die very quickly.  Control of the productive population is essential for their survival and well being.  Compulsion, taking things and persons by force, is inherently necessary to the parasite manner of existence.  Those who resisted had to be killed as an object lesson for others.  The Left, our present-day literate post-Marxist barbarians not only need material support they also need spiritual support as well.  They need to feel that their victims are not only submitting to them today but will do so tomorrow as well.  Barbarian chieftains and tribal witch-doctors demanded degrading and often dangerous acts of worship from their subjects, up to and including human sacrifice, in order to assure themselves that they would still have a roof (or a tent) over their heads and food to eat the next day.  Those refused to obey were worked over by the goon squad or simply killed.  In the classrooms, editorial offices, and coffee shops of the Left the demand is for unquestioned agreement without regard to the actual facts of reality.  The self-styled intellectuals of the Left are the first to demand “speech codes” and other forms of censorship lest they be identified as frauds then subsequently bounced out of their comfortable ivory towers, no longer insulated from a real world that demands real thought.  The Left, being dependent upon others for their sustenance, must stand in opposition to the society of rational consent and openly support systems of compulsion, be it various species of Socialism or the witch-doctor rule of Islam, because to do otherwise is to condemn themselves to death.  Of course, in my view, if the Left would just die it would be nice.

Differences And Democrats

In Russia high school students are required to read The Gulag Archipelago by Alexander Solzhenitsyn with assembling and disassembling a standard infantry weapon.  American high school students can't even do that.  American high school students are ignorant of Totalitarianism and tought to fear weapons.  Many American High School students have become advocates of Totalitarianism.  This is clearly wrong.

Democrats are a bunch of traitors, thieves, and murderers who don't care how high the pile of human bodies is as long as they're firmly seated on top, thus are objectively unfit to hold any form of public office.  If this wasn't bad enough, as a former Army combat rifleman who refuses to be an mindlessly obedient drone in the socialist collective I'd be looked upon by the Democrats as some form of vermin.  Given the explicitly hateful and Stalinist rhetoric coming from the Democrats, it wouldn't be unreasonable to conclude that I could end up face down in an unmarked ditch outside of town were they to return to power.
 

A Rant On The Internet Outage

The Internet went out in Minneapolis or the Twin Cities area in general.  I don't if the outage was national or worldwide yet.

"As I write this The Internet is down.  How many people have died as a result of the loss of The Internet?  The Internet didn’t exist when I was growing up.  The computers that did exist were large things that were owned by major corporations and universities.  Supercomputers took advantage of the speed of light.  Data processing consisted of using IBM punch cards.  How many people remember IBM punch cards?  Programing languages were simple and taught by math departments.  Military orders were typed out on manual typewriters, I copied my travel orders on to a file (which may be found on my Flickr site) as a result of the Killian Memos fiasco.  Books were purchased at physical “brick and mortar” bookstores.  How many bookstores have gone out of business because of Internet retailers?  The Internet is simply a tool.  A tool is simply a means to an end.  The ultimate end is Human Life.  We must understand that a fear of tools is simply irrational.  An employee of the Healtheast Care System in St. Paul was afraid of an image of several firearms on a coffee cup used by one of the security guards.  A customer at a supermarket was afraid of the light of a bar code scanner touching her groceries.  A firearm and a bar code scanner are simply tools.  There is no reason to fear them.  Alcoholism wasn’t caused by a supply of alcohol, but by the alcoholics.  The Holocaust wasn’t caused by a supply of Zyklon-B, but by the beliefs of the perpetrators.  Zyklon-B was developed and marketed as an insecticide.  The Oklahoma City Bombing wasn’t caused by a supply of ammonium nitrate and fuel oil, but by the beliefs of perpetrators.  9/11 wasn’t caused by airliners and box cutters, but by the beliefs of perpetrators.  Any horror wasn’t caused by the tools that were used but by the beliefs of the perpetrators.  There is simply no reason to fear a tool."

On Gun Control

Legally disarming the citizens will have no impact on the actions of criminals and the insane.  Such legislation has historically placed citizens at greater risk of death or injury as a result of criminal action.  In light of this fact there can be no valid reason to disarm the citizens.

Thoughts Of The Day

When I was a lad before entering high school I read Heinlein’s Starship Troopers a decade before reading Rand's Atlas Shrugged.  I read the novel for the ideas, one of the ideas I formed at the time was that the personal weapon was both the instrument and the symbol of political authority.  As the sword denoted the authority of the monarch the rifle denoted the authority of the citizen.  The disarmament of the citizen would effectively strip him of political authority.  Thus the attempt to disarm the citizens was effectively a tripwire to warn us of the attempt to establish a tyranny.  Of course the citizen must understand and accept his political responsibilities.  The instrument is useless without the idea to guide it.  

The basic problem with the "know it all" mentality is the belief that they really do know everything. Thus any new information that contradicts their existing belief structure is often dismissed as being false.  The real results in the real world are a series of disasters that are too numerous to list.  To those value power above all no act in the pursuit of power is too depraved.

Censorship is the process of restricting information and thus the restriction of rational thought.  Because rational thought is necessary for human life the restriction of information has a toxic effect on a person.  The toxic effect could even be lethal.  The act of censorship reduces a person to the status of a mere animal.  Something to controlled, used, abused, and ultimately to be killed.  The act of censorship is beyond moral toleration.  It's time to censor the censors. 

It's not the petty looters that I'm worried about.  The fundamental value of the other side is power.  Without it they’re effectively dead.  Without it their purpose in life is effectively removed. Without power they’re nothing.  The other side has shown their absolute contempt for our Constitution and the rule of law.  It appears that they’ll stop at nothing to obtain and retain power.  What I'm afraid of is that a Democrat will simply refuse to step down when they lose a election.  And that they’ll order the arrest and even the murder of those who oppose them.  It’ll be the American Night Of The Long Knives.  While part of the armed forces may follow their oath to defend the constitution, I would fully expect the local branches of their mafia (Democratic Party) and their enforcers (Cops) to follow orders to the letter.  This is going to be a bloody mess, and it will end with one side or the other as filling for a mass grave.

If you want to predict what will be said by the Democratic Party and their media prostitutes, all you have to do is take any statement by an old school Nation Socialist, cross out the word "Jew" and write in the words "Gun Owner."  That's how depraved and predictable they've become.

If you hear voices in your head, ignore them.  Life is a learning experience. 

 

A Consequence

I wouldn't be surprised if Japan, Taiwan, South Korea (the real Korea), and Australia were working on nuclear weapons.

Pest Control, Part Two

New York City, Manhattan Borough
September 3, 2245

In the morning Detectives Greeley and Logan were each having a cup of coffee at a donut shop.  Some things never change.

Detective Greeley asked his partner Detective Logan another question.

“So how did the feud between the Freyans and the Fremantle congregation start?”

Detective Logan briefly closed his eyes and then answered.

“A member of the Fremantle congregation murdered the previous Freyan Consul, a Maya Stern, for the reward of God’s eternal grace.  Needless to say the Freyans got angry, thus the subsequent killing of Reverend Paul Martin in reprisal.”

At the same time in the Borough of Brooklyn, a group of New York City police officers were surrounding the Fremantle Baptist Church.  Each police officer was armored to the Federation Army standard and armed with an ACRS.  The Federation had enough of the antics of the Fremantle congregation.  The police entered the church in a hostile fashion.

At the time Amy Martin was preaching a sermon about the death of her husband, the pastor of the Fremantle Baptist Church, Reverend Paul Martin.

As the congregation watched, Amy Martin was slammed to the floor and cuffed by some police officers.  A police captain stood over Amy Martin and spoke.

“Amy Martin, you’re under arrest for treason, this is a capital crime, you have the right to remain silent and a right to an attorney, if you can’t afford an attorney then one will be appointed for you.  Do you understand?”

Amy Martin shouted.

“You’ll burn in Hell for this!”

The police captain answered.

“I’ll take that as a yes.”

Amy Martin shouted again.

“Jesus Christ is real!”

A police officer slapped a piece of duct tape over Amy Martin’s mouth.

“Adolf Hitler was real too.”  The police captain responded.

Across the city, in the donut shop Detective Greeley had another question for his partner Detective Logan.

“The Freyans have a problem with religion?”

Detective Logan answered.

“Before the planet was granted independence the Freyans made up slightly less than half of the membership of Quarantine Force.”  

Detective Greeley had another question.

“What were the next two ethnic groups?”  Asked Detective Greeley.

“The Great Russians and the Han Chinese.”  Responded Detective Logan.

“Of course.”  Said Detective Greeley.

London, England

In a park while seated on a bench a white haired woman approaching the age of seventy was speaking to a man whose age was approaching forty.

“My family used to live there.”  She said as she pointed to Buckingham Palace.  “Now it’s just a tourist attraction.”

Diana Windsor was now a senior member of The Committee.

“You want to restore the British Monarchy?”  The man asked.

“Yes.  The Committee is too focused on ruling The Federation.”  She said.

“Even though The Federation is reduced to the Solar System?”  The man asked.

“The Committee wants to rule the entire Known Universe.”  She answered.

“It won’t happen.”  The man said.  “The Military Assistance Corporation of Xenophon backed a military coup on Freya.  As a result, the Freyan Navy bombarded the planet Xenophon with cobalt cased thermonuclear weapons.  Nothing lives there now, not even mutants hunting each other for food.”

“The Committee wants to leave Freya a barren world.”  The woman said.

Freya was a Terrestrial planet orbiting the lesser star of the 10 Ursae Majoris system.  There were slightly more than two hundred million inhabitants of the planet Freya.

“It won’t happen.”  The man said.  The man was a graduate of The Federation Military Academy at West Point, and he was well versed in military affairs.  He decided to not work for The Committee anymore.

The woman stood up by herself and walked over to the limousine waiting for her.  The electric motors of the limousine hummed as she was driven back to the hotel in central London where she was staying.

When she entered the suite a gloved hand covered her mouth.

“You didn’t believe you would escape us, did you?”  A man in a hotel servant’s uniform said.

A Freyan Pest Control team was now in her suite.

“Hook her up and download her.”  He commanded.

Two detectives from the Metropolitan Police surveyed the crime scene in her hotel suite.  Detective Sergeant John Kane and his partner Detective Liz Bishop had drawn this case.

“I’ll wager that the CSI team won’t find the prints of anyone but victim’s, her staff, and the hotel staff.”  Said Detective Sergeant Kane.

“I wouldn’t cover the wager, sir” Detective Bishop replied.

Detective Sergeant Kane walked over to the corpse and examined the wires coming out of her head.

“I’ll wager that the Freyans used one of their portable download kits.”  He said.

“I wouldn’t cover that wager either, sir” Detective Bishop replied.

Once the detectives were finished examining the crime scene they went their own ways.  In another London hotel Detective Bishop met with an elderly man.  Douglas Green was now a senior member of The Committee.

“It appears that The Committee is now in the sights of the Freyan CSA, sir.”  Said Detective Bishop.  “I think you should drop or significantly change your plans for the Freyans, sir.”

“I’ll pass on your advice Detective Bishop.”  Replied Mr. Green.  “But I don’t believe The Committee will follow it.”

In basement of the Freyan embassy in Omaha a meeting was being held.


At the meeting was Director Judith Stern of the CSA and her subordinate, Ed Foster.

“It looks like we have more work to do on Earth, ma’am.”  Said Foster.

Director Stern was silent.

Damn.  She thought.

Shortly thereafter The Committee was holding a meeting in London.  Mr. Green spoke.

“A member of this committee was downloaded and killed by the Freyans.  We may have to abandon this place and alter or drop our plans for the Freyans.”

“No.”  Replied the chairman of The Committee.

Mr. Green spoke again.

“The Freyans don’t play recordings of noises or water board anyone anymore.  They’ve used a direct neural interface since Judith Stern took over direction of the Central Security Agency.  The Freyans are playing nasty with us, and under the circumstances I don’t them.”

“Our plans still stand.”  Responded the chairman of The Committee.

Perhaps it’s time to abandon The Committee. Thought Mr. Green.
