I move that we honor Bill Clinton.

How does the William Jefferson Clinton Wastewater and Sewage Treatment Plant, sound?

That's good, but how about "Big Bubba's Cigar and Knocking Shop"?

    Make it a nice Wastewater and Sewage Treatment Plant. He did sign several line items of the Republican Contract with America into Law.

    Now of course, he did bamboozle most of the country into thinking it was his idea though...
